Two full sex scenes are in the game, but the promised "blood power" mechanic tied to the number of women you've slept with is not.

The mainline story has basically not progressed in a year or two, at this point? The dev has added some more stuff, but the actual core plot has been frozen. At least updates are more substantial lately.
