Quick question, since i last played this game years ago...How do you make legs/hips bigger? I legit can't remember if it was some magic or npc that let you change the size

There's an option to get thick body from the Fairy Queen, if you find a fairy meadow, summon the fairies (using fairy dust; you can get it by defeating fairies in random encounters, if you have an empty bottle), and give the queen anything that counts as a gift (any potions, any milk or weird fish should be enough), then you have to play a game. It's also how you reverse the effect.

Update edit: updated the game and checked everything single room. Can't access the final level due to the guards so if she's up there. Then I have no way to get her back.

I took a look, but I'm unfortunately not sure why she's missing for you. You might have to do a NG+ to fix it if she's nowhere to be found. You can activate route skips in the sanctum to catch back up faster.

If you have a save file from before she goes missing and it happens every time after the manor, let me know!

I'm real upset that I'm not able to play this anymore now that my software does not support RPGM. It's actually one of the few adult games where I can actually relax, laugh, and enjoy myself rather than focusing on just the 'action'. I spent just as much time taking baths, shopping for clothes, and hanging out with friends as I did in any of the high-octane storylines. Still feels very well-rounded as far as rpgs go.

Is it possible to make custom piercings? i tried changing only one of the files but i think i did it wrong, do i need to replace all of the files for each piercing type? also what is the difference between the a and b variants for piercings?

It is, and yeah, you need to change all the graphics of the same piercing (it's for the different sizes.) a and b, probably flaccid and erect cock piercings?
