Starters, the deserted base is kind of a "mid-level" area. You don't have to explore it unless you want certain quest to unlock.
1) to remove the meat parasite, you need to go to the lab in the upper right of the Middle of of Ark. You can find a scientist who will take it off of you, but it *WILL*trigger a questline that you better be prepared for, especially needing about 10k-100k credits to complete the quest as the ability to fully rebuild it step by step isn't in there.
2) Rinny gives you the location for *Transylvania*(yes, that one), where you can find a hidden succubus tower at the bottom left of the city. As for encounters, you don't get accosted by any "enemies', which are just succubi and incubi, unless you go searching for them. IIRC, you can trigger this in the succubus tower, but I can't remember where. The graveyard is only accessible with Rinny, triggering a long, and somewhat annoying, questline dealing with the disappearances in the city. It is loaded with bad ends, so I recommend getting all your stats to at least 10.
3) There are a few ways to get money in the Ark. In the bottom part of the city, there is a strip club you can attend to get money, depending on your erotic score. The crowd doesn't care if you male, female, or non-binary. They'll throw you cash regardless. Another way to earn money, if stripping isn't your thing: there is a diner where you can work, and the manager will give you a free outfit so you can work to earn money. The pay is random as is the tips, but it's repeatable and easily earn cash.In the Upper city, iirc you can sell off venom from wasps to a biology professor.
