I'm real upset that I'm not able to play this anymore now that my software does not support RPGM. It's actually one of the few adult games where I can actually relax, laugh, and enjoy myself rather than focusing on just the 'action'. I spent just as much time taking baths, shopping for clothes, and hanging out with friends as I did in any of the high-octane storylines. Still feels very well-rounded as far as rpgs go.

So does Bell route currently end with sleeping in the barn and seeing the lights or am I missing something to trigger more?

The UFO searches for cows specifically. The game checks your "cow score"; if it's 5 or more, you get absucted, though you get one more scene at most before game kicks you to the main menu, as this quest wasn't done past that point yet.
You get points towards that "cow score" for having cow-themed clothes, and having cow-like body features.
- +1 for cow sleeve (+2 if you equip two)
- +1 for cow undies
- +1 for cow leggings
- +1 for cow top
- +1 for cowbell collar
- +5 for cow onesie (guarantees abduction)
- +2 for cow tail
- +5 for cow body colour pattern (guarantees abduction)
- +2 for cow horns
- +2 for cow ears
- +1 for hoofs
Would love more pregnancy and maybe childbirth or water sports x3. But it’s an awesome game! I love the story, the fun, and the training!

Is it possible to make custom piercings? i tried changing only one of the files but i think i did it wrong, do i need to replace all of the files for each piercing type? also what is the difference between the a and b variants for piercings?

Bell can randomly wander off, due to being sleepwalker. She can be found in one of the three possible places:
- Forest Park (upper half, shortly after the apple trees area)
- Transylvania (on the street in north-eastern part of the town
- New Ark (Police Station, in one of the cells)

Once you find the Pyramid, and retrieve the Water of Life from it, you can give it to Bell (must have done all previous events from her route). Then just travel between various zone until the event triggers randomly.

I got the water of life but I'm not seeing an option to give it to her, do I have to find nymosa and nymph in the temple to proceed?

Yes. Before the idea of using Water of Life on Bell even gets brought up, you have to try (in that order):
- Bring Bell to Rinny and try and use Body Workshop (you must know at least one spell from Rinny; if you don't, you can find correct answer to Rinny's question by asking people in the library in the tower).
- Bring Bell to Pixie to try and use her magic (available after doing first step, if Manor quest was cleared).
- Bring Bell to the Temple. It's available after visiting that place with Nymph and Nymosa, and going through entire excursion. Doing any further content with them isn't necessary.

Quick question, since i last played this game years ago...How do you make legs/hips bigger? I legit can't remember if it was some magic or npc that let you change the size

There's an option to get thick body from the Fairy Queen, if you find a fairy meadow, summon the fairies (using fairy dust; you can get it by defeating fairies in random encounters, if you have an empty bottle), and give the queen anything that counts as a gift (any potions, any milk or weird fish should be enough), then you have to play a game. It's also how you reverse the effect.
