There are going to be outfit changes (along with changes in behavior) depending on their moral corruption/change. Regarding magical corruption (from the void or other sources), there are going to be more notorious changes similar to ruined skins

You have to progress both day and night events along with the main quest. If the questlog shows "Will be continued in the next update." for all quests, that means you reached all the content we have in game at the moment! Thank you for playing our game

Then you've probably done all of Irelia's quests for this version (v0.1.2c). The current content ends after the journey to the city quest (right before entering the city). We are working hard on the next update. No rest for the wicked

one minor bug report: the chain bonus of the heavy strike doesn't work, it still does 10 damage instead of the 15 it should.
