The_Architect might be my favourite porn game creator now by virtue of actually finishing his games instead of keeping them in Patreon-milking hell forever.
But don't let that detract from the fact that his games are also really good if you enjoy classic Sierra style point and click adventures.
Lust is Stranger is a well written game with plenty of porn scene, and as such doesn't commit the sin of most well written porn games: forgetting that they are porn.
It captures perfectly the melancholic nostalgia a lot of people enjoy about Life is Strange, but twists and corrupts it into a power fantasy where you get to talk your way in the girls' lives.
There's plenty of choices to be made depending on where you want certain characters to end up (with some seriously fucked up endings for Chloe if you choose to do so). But it rarely feels gratuitous, everything is the result of some decision you made or that you influenced a character into making.
But if high levels of corruption and degeneracy isn't your thing, there is also a seriously sweet and healthy relationship to be had in this game ! I was stunned at how much I got attached to that character and even though I was setting up a harem ending, I decided to go the full love route.
The game also has a complete scene replay system, so that even if you picked a specific path you are not locked out of seeing the other versions of the scenes you had.
What this game has going for it:
- Writing that's fun to follow along
- Animations are detailed in a style very close to the game it parodies
- A sweet "vanilla" relationship with a nice, if naive, girl (or break her heart)
- Turn the school's Mean Girl into an actual prostitute without her knowing (for the most part)
- Manipulate someone into getting into a horrible relationship just so you can see her suffer (or save her)
- Make a character into a sex slave to someone she hates for probably the rest of her life (or don't, and let her have her good ending)
- Threesomes if you play your card right
What was unfortunate:
- Some parts are a bit long when you don't know what to do, but there's always the fast forward feature coming it clutch in those moments
- That's it honestly, if you enjoyed Goons Raid Her, don't hesitate
