The new scenes with Diego are pretty good (even though he's still just another human npc). I don't like the recent focus on cuck content with all these spy scenes (10+ at this point) though, feels like a waste considering the time and effort spent on writing those could've been used for MC x npc scenes, since a lot of the newer npc's (and some old ones as well) still don't have any sex scenes with dom top MC.

Wouldn't really call it cuck content with how little romance there is actually involved thus far, and pretty sure the only bit of romance is with Rylan? I personally don't care for that type of content either way by this point...
The main thing that doesn't sit right with me is how the MC talks like a docile normie even if you're like Alpha God material it's very unfitting, even seems kinda crazy if you're a bottom and you basically absorbed a god yet sub for humans...
Chip was supposed to get personality updates but I think that should be added for the MC at this point, would of been cool if when you release Arihama's mind you should have a chance to get to know him since he is no longer a "Threat"

Precisely why I have 2 sets of saves for Top/Bottom, the rough part is having new content that you need to be in the past for such as meeting Skru'Vaks as top my OCD by like "Do it again"

There's plenty of normie games to choose from, let those with odd tastes have something they can enjoy, too.
This game was initially designed to cater to teratophiles and now the dev decided to bait-and-switch to human designs. Not just a few characters but several of them. The problem is that those with this particular fetish are a minority and so when placed in a system where vote by majority wins, unless the community only comprised of like-minded individuals, they will always lose.
What's the point of becoming a patreon or even continuing to support this game if A) the game no longer caters to your tastes and B) you have low chances of changing anything anyway because you're not the majority? By that logic there's no pointing in supporting these niche games because sooner or later they will just get hijacked by the whims of the many...

That would be the problem with patron to begin with, they take money with no legal obligation to hand you a finished product, or even maintain the core project you supported to start with. People end up tossing more money at them than they would pay for a AAA game... which is wtf, even high quality porn doesnt milk the buyers like patron. Tho to be fair I wouldn't call the Dev "bait-and-switch". It's more like "fall off" - teratophilia contents are way harder to make, no surprise the dev would want to take it easy.
It's not uncommon for Indie projects to change direction, if the dev deem it's needed.
The Biggest problem, is the dev decide to let their (High Tier) patrons to dictate the direction.
Thus the change is not "for the better", but "for the trend". And anything 'trendy' ages like milk.
"Video game" should be "art" that dev carefully crafted to reflect their ideas. When you just go with the money, it becomes a "product" - much less interesting / unique.
It's a shame. But many people don't care, they just want their dose of porn.
