It's pretty simple. The dev has lost the drive to Make a "Unique and Great game", but rather just make Money. (Apparently he's good at making money)
So anything he does is the "Safe" option with most money he can get:
Rylan is the most "Safe" option cuz there's nothing stands out about him, (In return nothing about him is memorable)
Patroen votes is the "Safe" option cuz there're people paying for such contents, (In return it lost the unique identity of a Space Alien game)
"Plots all over the place" is the "Safe" Approach, cuz it has a bit of everything, (In return nothing really progressing in an immersive way)
Less and Less "weird alien sex" is "safe", cuz that weirds people out, (In return we get "Human-reskin" in space like 99% other space game)

IF that's the case, he would not have made a weird alien gay sex game at the start, when the money was not this good.
This game will not be so contentious if the dev didn't make this game Known for hving "weird alien sex" when he started.

Am not sure about that, "coming out on top" has some solid writing, and very Good human Arts.
The only thing good about this game in that aspect is the sex scenes are good, the lewd is next level.

have you forgotten katari, feraldo, bradley, hakkon, and galiano were advertised for the weird alien sex part. The fact it became so "safe" is that patreon influence muddled the process to the point that it's barely recognizeable.

Decided to rip the cheats out of the previous Meta Human edition and set it up for the current release. There's no gallery since that part's either already outdated or going to be within the next couple releases.

The cheats.rpy/rpyc files should be version-independent while the screens.rpy/rpyc files are specific to 0.43.3. The only change to the screens files is uncommenting lines 382-385, resulting in:

I have an issue with some characters: I feel like they get too close to the protagonist or the crew too quickly or too suddenly. One example is Alastor — he’s starting to get more content, but I still don’t really understand his personality. To me, he feels empty, like he has no clear motivations and nothing that really tells me who he is or what he wants.

I’d like to know if you feel the same way about him or about other characters. Do you think there are some characters who are integrated into the story in a forced way, without a natural progression? Do you feel there are characters who, despite having screen time, still don’t contribute anything meaningful to the story? Would you prefer certain characters to be more developed before interacting so much with the protagonist or the crew?
