You dont need META Human if you just want the cheat. Go a few pages back, find a cheat.zip/rar file that someone shared. Extract it and place both the cheat.rpy and screen.rpy in your game folder.

I haven't caught up on all the content just yet, but did finish Day 6 in the academy. I'm holding off on doing a more thorough review until I do all the content but I agree with what you said here about the story's linearity. I felt like the story was pretty interesting and linear in the pre-Arihama battle, so much so that Arihama's presentation as this ultimate threat meant that I was quickly running out of content for a game still in development. Obviously, that didn't happen, and I think where the story is going with all of these other aspects has/had a lot of potential, but the story throws you into the open-ended deep end without clearly explaining the recommended order (or even just forcing a specific order). For example, I did the University content after Arihama, and there was even a handful of minor scenes involving a character I didn't recruit yet from the other story thread available to me. And that's not getting into potentially missed content...
I managed to save Garth's people by choosing to side with Garth from the beginning, I helped him win the election, and I chose Holoryx's side. You can't save Garth's people by siding with Nikolaos or Galiano.

Not possible I am afraid (see my original post -- it was about save files, but the same applies here). You would need to alter app code, and it's just not possible on vanilla Android.
With an app or otherwise, on recent Androids (since 14), without the developer flag set (which you need to mess up with the bootloader to set) application files are protected, and can't be accessed or moved by other apps, or even by connecting it to a PC.
There is only one way to get access to the files within one app install tree outside said app, and that's to set developer mode.
If you don't quite believe that (and you shouldn't believe a random stranger on a forum), the best I can do is refer you to the official Android

.Some Android vendors have some quirks that might make it possible, maybe. Oppo has been known to ship versions of Android with the dev flag already turned on, and some other Chinese manufacturers make AOSP versions where they lowered restrictions, but that doesn't conform to standard Android specs, so that's not reliable guidance for people to access files.
put both files as they are (cheats.rpy + screens.rpy) into the game folder. doesn't work
then renamed them to cheat.rpy and screen.rpy and doesn't work either
is there somethinh i'm missing?

There should be a prompt that asked you to overwrite existing screen.rpy too. Then the folder should look like this:
Then when you play the game, there should be these 3 button in your game menu

yes, gallery is unusable. Cause for gallery to work, you also need gallery.rpy script. But I don't have it unless you are fine with the 4.2 gallery. If you do, just download the meta human of 4.2 on the main page, open game/core folder, copy the gallery.script in there and move it your latest update of lust odyssey game folder.By the way the gallery can't open because this "error"

Not possible since for the android port, the script is already merged into the apps. The dev also didn't seems to make an alternative game folder for android so there is no dlc/mod update for the human ver android port.
My suggestion if you play on android is to download the pc version, place the cheat.rpy + screen.rpy in the pc version game folder, and simulate it via joiplay to play the game.

First, download the latest hacked version of the game.
Then, take large amounts of weapons, ammo, money, and upgrades, and level up as much as you can. After that, save your in‑game files once you finish using all the hacks. I won’t go into more detail, but I’ve given you the idea.
Next, download the new official version without deleting the old one, and your saved progress should still be there. I hope this helps you.
