I have entered the gallery code from the safehouse door, but when I try to view any scenes I get booted back to the "wrong code" screen, do I need to unlock the H-scenes in-game first or something?

You can only be banned by staff not developers here, but he can still ban you from discord, patreon, etc. Here only staff are the bosses.
If you are still afraid of something, you (or anyone) can report the main thread with the codes and some moderator or uploader can put on the page.

Yes, I had the exact same thing happen. If you enter the wrong code, the incorrect variables get saved so it'll boot you to the wrong code screen when attempting to play one of the scenes. Easiest way around it is deleting the contents of the Save folder and starting a new game

What do you need a previous save file for? The game is just a gauntlet of enemies you fight to watch scenes. If you load a previous save skip all the enemies and then....you get nothing

I designed all my games with this in mind. If it's something that requires progress, I just let you skip to it in the menus

I start the game. Choose load game and th' game just exit // crash for me.
So everytime I want to play I need to choose NEW GAME?

That answer was not for you. You are experiencing a bug I need to fix.

I was answering someone else who wanted to use old saves from previous versions in this version. Which is pointless and will just skip all content. This is not a story focused game, the content is shown during gameplay, if you load up a save from the past, you miss all the new content.
