Overview:
The main character, Keisuke, wakes up in his home and is going to college. But his normal day is cut short when he is hit by a truck and finds himself in an unfamiliar room. There he is met by a cute girl guide named Midori, who informs him that he has entered purgatory. To get into the isekai, Keisuke needs to win three rounds of Russian roulette, complicated by extra cards. For each game won, Midori rewards him in a special way.

So what's the incest tag for? I'm curious because it's not listed in the genre spoiler tag and nothing in the overview sounded like incest.

I don't know if the content is locked behind different difficulties but play on the easy one, it's not worth it.

I played it on medium and the dodge is bullshit. You may think you've made a sick play with dropping hit chance to 50% with a skip card, gambling those 50% to shoot in your had to win making the next hit chance being 100%, using damage boost just for Midori to reverse uno card with dodge, healing herself up to full health and dumping multiple 100% shots just for you to take them.
