In can, but generally not at that angle, and generally not on a girl with that much weight on her. It's something you'd notice on a skinny girl laying on her back, not a girl with some meat on her bones sitting up like that.
I'm not saying you can't find a couple girls built like that, but for every picture you can find that resembles that I can find a thousand that don't. So it comes off a bit deformed.
I also make zero claim to any artistic talent. This is just a simply paint edit working with the existing art as an example. If I had the talent, time, and willingness to do so I'd certainly flesh things out a tad and better define the labia majora, darken it a bit with shading, define the tendons of the crotch, and add another area of shading below the belly to define the start of the mons.
Those bold dark lines just don't look good though. It comes off inhuman.
Actually for what it's worth there is a blurry, smudged in gimp, example of just shading it in. Again I can't draw for crap, but it illustrates what we were saying I think.
