Ren'Py - Lust Village [v0.80] [Mr.C]

It's in very bad unfinished state. It's not about quantity of content - that's actually alright - it's about amount of dead ends and not working buttons. There are useless locations., that are just there as an option for you to click on them.
There is a lot of buttons that give "Work in progress" message when clicked - then why is there a button?!
There is no way to know where the next scene for character will unlock and what threshold you need to achieve to unlock it.
There is no message "that's it for this version for this character".
Dev purposefully removed default ren'py option to skip unread text.
Last, but not least - there is no intercourse in this game at this moment. Kissing, groping, exhibitonism. That's it.

All those negatives, so why 3 stars then? Because corruption of characters plays out VERY well. It's excatly the feel that i want out of the game, it feels very similar to early stages of the "Corruption" game from this dev.
I would've even gave it 4, if not for the premonition that this game will spiral same way corruption did - straight into depraved bimbos for all characters.

This is another solid magic corruption grind and progress from Mr. C. There are some clear leftover mechanics from earlier versions, and some Ren'Py jank, but it's overall well done, and highly customized.

Some hints at a larger plot are present, but as yet underdeveloped.

All of that said, Mr. C caters to a very specific degradation corruption fetish. There are few happy sluts here, high corruption also means humiliation, watersports, or pain play. If you aren't into that, might want to avoid.

A very good successor to Corruption. Good graphics and animations. A little bit too much grinding: slow pacing is good - but this? I like it to corrupt all the women. Waiting for a lot of new updates, new outfits, new tasks for the grils and so on... so much possibilities and so many chances to let Corruption look like vn for beginners (and I loved it)

The characters are hot, but the scenes u get from the turbo grind u have to go through is really not worth the effort. Once you unlock all places you can visit you are no tasked to farming the same interactions over and over until u unlock different variants, but the process of that isn't done in a story fashion or any interesting way. It is a sandbox game so writing shouldn't be the priority here, but when you grope "x" tits for 3 weeks straight to get to the point where you will grope her tits again, but this time you will raise her shirt, is so un-rewarding experience. I don't even thing there is a sex scene yet in this game, like where u actually fuck any of them. I do not know how long this has been in development but for what I got clicking through the same dialogues over n over is not worth the effort. The models are hot, but very little is done with them.

If you have nothing to offer the player in your game, just put as much grind as possible in there so that the player does not think of anything other than earning mountains of various points that are completely unnecessary in the game. Where to go? What to do? The game will not give answers to these questions. All that what you will do in this game is to farm tons of stats by clicking a lot of times on useless locations trying to find content (of which there is very little) in this hell. If you have a lot of time, stable mentality, and you like clicker games, you can play this brain drain simulator. But I pass.

Loving the game, Scenes, characters, graphics, transitions and story so far. There are few hiccups in between , but I'm sure as the story continues it will get better.A must play game. Desperately waiting for the update.

Love it so far. Although not all models are great. Mom is absolute perfection tho. I expect more interactions inside house and stuff cause as of right now all the interactions are basically the same as the previous game.
I'd also like to keep a tracker on dates- where and when....basic quality of life features are needed.
Can't wait for further updates!!

I loved Corruption. But this is one step farder, The Sandbox looks nicer and easyer. The ladies look great, I hope i will have a lot of fun with this game. The Animation are great, better then in Corruption. But what the dev has to do is make it better so you now what to do, Pointless clicling around is no fun. This game has great option if they use it right. Go on dev, i watch and fallow, if you keep up the good work. i pay for it, thats a promis

An excellent game. I avoided this for a long time since the first versions were very rough, but it clearly has blossomed at this point.
Just like with Corruption, this developer knows that the dirtier things get, that funner they get. And he has the right amount of focus on the sexyness itself and not just pointless plot.
I'm a sucker for sandbox + slow corruption games, and this is as good as it gets. Can't wait for more.

No story here so there's that, sandbox grind from hell type with 0 payoff ( i mean it nothing sexual just voyeur shit), horrible mechanics,only way to skip time is to always be outside the house,this is just bad whatever way you're looking at it,unless the dev decides to rework the entire game i wouldnt recomand this.

Another great game from Mr. C. Only v0.3 but still has a decent amount of content. I can definitely see this being just as good, if not better than his previous game. If you like corruption + sandbox then def check this out. My only complaint is the whole book/magic mind control thing, but it is nice that there's other ways to increase corruption. Looking forward to more updates!

The game still need a lot of work. I understand why they are so much bad reviews but considering how much potential this has, im willing to wait to see where this goes.

Ps: They should fix or redesigne the hints since thats pretty much what people go to for help the entire game.

It's just good enough to convince your idiotic horny brain that, this time, surely it'll be worth it. It has so much potential, and after wasting so many hours before, surely you're about to get something good... right?

Yeah, no. It's not worth it. It never is. You really want it to be, but... no. It's not even just the hideous amount of grinding. It's that, *plus* so many clicks to do anything. Actually, it's even more. It's all that, and a dearth of information that forces you to check every damned thing so slowly.

Best to just never think about it. Don't even try it.

If it's already gotten in your head, just decide you'll wait until somebody surely makes a massive walkthrough+cheat mod. With any luck, you'll wait out your memory and forget all about this thing.

Game has bugs and is hard to follow. The sandbox is rather busy on this one. The game looks ok but the writing is weak as hell. It felt way to grindy as well. The only thing I liked was the models of the girls. After trying this last update which I didn't even bother finishing I deleted it. Not worth it.

I tried to love this game. I'm pleased with the graphics, the sandbox, the corruption idea little by little... but man this goes from 100 to 150 hours of HORRENDOUS grinding and very few rewards along the game
Let's say you gather 150 points of love, 50 of corruption, 30 of obedience and 70 of whatever else (and you gather 5 paltry points from interaction , so this makes a total 10-15 pts a day AND THANK GOD!!!)
4 hours after, after grind and grind and grind it's not only that you haven't seen a single sex scene, it's that you even have received a goddamn bj nor seen a SINGLE BOOB

4 years in the making for this mess. Too many LI's = too little sexual content which is the whole fucking point. The grind is ridiculous, you repeat scenes over and over until you reach a score high enough for something new to happen.

Navigation is a fucking mess, be ready to click 1000 times per game day to do anything. Hint system is a joke. Just not user friendly in the slightest.

I'm always so confused by devs who make games like this. Do you think artificially inflating playtime with inane grinding is fun? Do you play your own game and actually enjoy it? Is 4 years of development a reasonable time period to expect at the very least a handy or a blowie?

tl;dr: game sucks don't bother.

This is the first game I am reviewing. I want to say a few words: corptia is in the foreground here and I think it's something cool, I'm tired of regular sex and classic clothes, Mr.C has some great ideas, in my opinion Corruption and Lust Village are the best porn games in the world, because there are some actions you can't even think about. Now I want to take each part and do a little analysis on it:
-Graphics: from my point of view it's much better than Corruption, there are more animations that you can enjoy more

-The story: I liked the idea of the story in Corruption and in this wonderful game it continues, don't you think it's brilliant to manipulate the mind of any woman and do what you want with it, in Lust Village you do that little by little, it takes some patience to see all the scenes but it's really worth it

-Gamplay: I do not understand why other people have given a low rating to this game, I do not understand at all, the thing is that it takes a lot of patience and you have to understand the story very well, I wait to add more vulgar clothes, I would like something that really give me on spte in comapratie with corruption, it is a newer game so yes, I also have expectations is normal, so far I loved it and I'm sure it will be more and more interesting

The only thing that saddens me is the fact that a new version appears quite hard at least every 2 weeks or let's say at worst at least a bigger update once a month. Otherwise I have no words, keep it up Mr.C you are the best game creator ever

Good game, if not for a few major issues that ruin the experience:
1. There is way too much grind and if you cheat all you get is the end result without the stages in between, which makes the whole point of the game worthless in my opinion.
2. UI is really bad, almost garbage: getting anywhere takes a lot of clicks, to get back you have to also go step by step and you have to change locations constantly, there are no shortcuts, 90% of the game will be spent clicking through locations, there are no indicators who is where, "tips" in the game show only tips for the main story which takes just a few minutes to complete, the rest of the game has nothing.
3. You are allowed one action per a time slot in a location, you need around 80 actions to max out a single character (5 points per action, on special ocassions you get 10 points instead, but it's rare), after that one action NPC changes location so back to clicking through UI (see point 1 and 2).

Note that I've not maxed out any character because of how this game works, the one with the most progression was around 50-70 in all stats.

These 3 points make the experience tiring and it take hours to get anywhere with girls, unless the way this game plays is reworked I can't recommend it to anyone, it's just a waste of time as of v0.25.

One star for everything else, characters are good and overall idea is fine.

Actually Amazing, great graphics and well done corruption, though there is little content but hopefully more is added since the game is still new. I love Mr C as a developer and the corruption is at just the right speed
to keep me on the edge.
