There is no way in hell, that RenPy causes AV to flag it as sus. User also uploaded many other games by same dev yesterday (my timezone) and all the games are .7z... which is also odd. Trying to do some research on this subject before coming to conclusions. Will update this post once I have something.

EDIT:
After some research, it looks like AV goes crazy about three python files. I ran those same files from another game I had on my drive against Virustotal and got same results. Did some more exploring and did not find anything alarming from these files. Windows Defender was the only one who tripped once file was either downloaded or opened via 7-zip.

TL;DR - File is safe, ignore AV.
