I think its damn near confirmed NTR...I would be shocked at this point if she isn't fuckin around. Like i get that everything is ambiguous and could still go either way, but i doubt it...and the problem wiht the mysterious NTR theme is...we don't get to watch her have any good sex...unless MC suddenly stops being a shit lay.

It comes up during gameplay, it will ask you to enter the password to access the most recent content.
I think maybe the patreons are pissed. If you keep starting new projects while leaving previous ones or at lease leaving them for a long time, your supporters are going to notice. Maybe some of them, or a lot of them, unsubscribed and hes dashing to make things seem right before going back to milking his patreons. At this point, he might have to prove that he can deliver on what he promised if he wants to get those fans back.

im all for shitting on the dev but like theres been a road map out and im pretty sure he always said only a few updates of this before going back to hana even before putting out the roadmap

That was likely said only after he got the reception from announcing he was gonna spend time on an NTR game. His fans are NTS fans and the overlap between NTS and NTR fans is not as big as he had hoped. On the discord you find many people complaining and asking when he will return to IWH and saying they are not interested in hardcore ntr.
Perhaps this is also the reason he backtracked on saying its NTR and instead resorting to claiming it's a "mystery" game where you can't be sure if its NTR/NTS and it would be mixed. There is no doubt he was surprised by the bad reception, as he should.

Wait, he announced 3 updates when he announced for the first time he was gonna do an NTR game? I'd like to see proof of that. Pretty sure the 3 update thing was only after he had already announced he was cooking on another game that was gonna be NTR.
Hence, the reason I think the backlash was the reason only 3 updates was gonna be made to begin with. I'm sure he would be happy to go like half-way with this game before going back to Hana if it was actually well-received by all/most of the supporters.

This is the first official announcement for Aiko made 1. January 2024 and he explicitly states it will be NTR focused. You can already tell from the initial comments, that some supporters are critical of it. No update schedule is hinted at, nor is it in the next sneak peaks. So I already know whatever your screenshot comes from, it was made after Eros had gotten the initial reception of Aiko from the supporters and many prob begged him to just continue IWH instead of this shit.

This is just from the initial announcement I just posted. as you can see, supporters are already asking for NTS despite Eros just saying the game would focus on NTR and one just asks for IWH Gravure update. This reception is what makes me think Eros changed his decision and choose to call it "mystery" instead of NTR game.
Back to the subject of the argument, I'm 100% certain the lukewarm reception to this game is what made him go back to Hana after only 3 versions of Aiko, and hopefully he will not return for a long time, if ever. Probably you are right he must have received some backlash from having 4 games in development at once too.

ur talking about the people who stayed subscribed to this guy even when he was putting out like 500 word updates ever 3 months. Theres zero shot that more than like 6 people cared enough to complain he still has like 800 something paid subscribers.

No. The mystery aspect is there by default. That's FE's niche. That's also his fetish. I know because we talked a lot on Discord when I was still a subscriber. Whether LWA is NTR or NTS, the mystery aspect comes first. Although I jokingly told him it's not really a mystery anymore if we already know it's NTR from the start, because well... he told us it'll be NTR with a mixture of NTS. It'll start out as NTR, then the husband will come to like it (NTS). Whether it'll be linear or by choice/route, idk.
Aiko, like Hana, will play around through innuendos or set up scenarios to see how the husband will react. Actually, she already started. We already saw that happening in the train where she keeps moaning intentionally and she saw him pop a boner. She's likely doing this because of the lack of confrontation from the husband when he caught them at the Karaoke. They're trying to figure out why the husband isn't saying anything, why he isn't mad, etc. They know he was the one who peeked through the door. Aiko can smell from a mile away that her husband might be a cuck.
While the scenes are ambiguous and dialogues from both the wife and the friend are full of double meanings/innuendos to add mystery, since we have a heads up months ago that the game will start as NTR, then it's safe to say that behind the mystery, they really are already fucking.
Oh and I remember that FE wants Aiko to be the one leading the cheating and actually enjoying it instead of being blackmailed, helpless or swayed. So there's a high chance that it was Aiko who seduced the husband's friend. I bet it was also Aiko who advised the friend to keep throwing innuendos at the husband to see his reaction.
