Overview:

I have killed them all and the quest didn't clear that step. I believe that I may have moved to a different screen before killing all of them and that could be what broke the quest. I will restart and try to repeat the issue...
Loaded a save before leaving the village to kill the slimes. I killed the blue slimes and then the pink one, after killing the pink one, I was transferred to a different screen and looked through the window. I still have the kill slimes task and also have the talk to the headman task, but the headman is too busy to talk.
I would say that there is something missing in the code that updates the quest at the point of killing the pink slime.

Went to the mansion and checked almost every room. Rested in master bedroom and went to the last room another day. Then girl said wow lets go sleep, go to the master bedroom. I came here and theres no action point and i cant go sleep

I did that had to reload. Don't go to master bedroom, until she says, lets sleep
