Theres no actual rules, it depends on how much they bother the mods to get them remove media that goes against their idea of utopia.
The ideal is that you see from the examples they've created to self-censor, to not push the boundaries and reinforce the existing limits for expression.

I'm not familiar with that game, but if you tackle the topic with enough sensitivity, I don't think there would be any issues. It could even make for a pretty interesting backstory imo.

I would advise to be careful about the "very young age" and don't write it in an erotic manner if that character was under 18 at that time.

You can have a look at Haley's Story, which contains a similar theme (although there was no pregnancy). You could, however, see in the thread that a lot of people were against it, likely from an anti-NTR related perspective.
