I saw a few posts recently that say to use a rain collector instead of a well to keep the followers hydrated but this was not functional just a few days ago, and they never used the rain collector. Has this been fixed?

Rain collectors work fine for the player, but NPCs don't know how to drink from them. So that part is still broken.
Wells work for everyone though.

Oh I see. So it's aesthetic, they've not got different attack or skill abilities, correct?

I checked. DLC people are suboptimal for most purposes. It's probably better to train a crowd of attack roosters. Even though my roosters keep getting downed when heroically defending the base. I wish they would bark like dogs when enemies are approaching.
Only use DLC people if you like the aesthetic. They have very limited selection of weapons, and no new crafting or abilities.

Has someone starting tipps for me?
I always struggling in Survival Games.

Should I explore the area? Collect stones, sticks and berries?
Murder animals with my bare fists?
Craft some stone spears and go hunting people? D:

Has Quests a timer or can I take my time?

I'm always overwhelmed with that kind of games. So many options and I don't know where to start, lol.

The basic gameplay loop for this kind of games, is to explore, collect resources, craft tools and workbenches, and craft stronger weapons, so that you can go into more dangerous areas, explore them, collect new resources and so on. Getting good weapons is always an option, but hunting people can wait. You'll have enough fighting with just fending off the raids.

Except for rescuing villagers kidnapped by raids, everything else doesn't seem to have a strict timer. You should probably be careful with that tied-up guy, though, he might die of hunger. But you're not getting to him any time soon.

I place some eight people down once during my first android creation and I forgot about them. They've been sitting on the sheets for like, days? Maybe weeks now. They're not dead at least.

They're basically a cheap way to put down your prisoners if you can't afford cages for everyone.

Is there any way to force a follower to appear or spawn in? One of my villagers gave birth to a Lv 103 girl but she just never appeared. I tried the call button but it doesn't do anything. I see the child in my friends list but other than that she doesn't seem to exist.

I occasionally have this problem too. The best place to look for them, is the place they were born in or the last place they were placed into (cage, toilet).
"Call" button makes them teleport to their designated location, which is as above unless you had an opportunity to put them to a new place.

I had villagers refusing to drink from a rain collector in version 0.05. So I guess the answer is "no".

If some of the screenshots I've seen in the discord is anything to go by its so you can do stuff like putting them on tables to do nyotaimori stuff.

You can favorite them and then look for the star on the map, though once one of my followers seemed to get stuck under the map and I was only able to get them back when transitioning to a building so you might not be able to get them back if that happened to them and they weren't following you.


Anyway I have a question of my own, I was looking at the hidden preview menu to see which npcs can have sex and I noticed that a lot of the npcs have a default attack animation and a lvl1 version. Does anyone know what that's about? Like some of them are significantly faster when doing the lvl 1 version of it rather than the default one which would make them way more useful in combat but how do you even get them to do the lvl 1 animation instead of the default one in-game?

Anyone got a list of NPCIDs compared with their known names? I'm messing around trying to make a personal mod (might make it public if I'm successful) but can't seem to rip that particular list from the assets, even for figuring out who is who myself.

So, I think I broke Takumi's quest line

The game let me confront Takumi and his Harem before finishing Reika-Keigo questline (right after Takumi went cray-cray), so I thought "welp, why not, what could go wrong"... Big mistake.

Turns out failing to subdue Takumi, makes his boss fight really interesting (I ended up fighting against up to 3 Takumis since I wanted to explore all 'none kill' options of Takumi before tying him up, every time Yona died or became one of his sluts, he dupped). Last time, tied him up, gave food and water, got the walkie-talkie. No biggie.

Then stuff got weird. After that, I continued Reika-Keigo... And just before confronting Keigo, a pink quest marker appeared on Takumi's Harem. I feared that the game reset the Takumi's quest, so I did that again to be sure. Weirdly enough, when I chose tie him up, he didn't get tied, instead he talked something (I skipped, since I 'already saw' thatscene), and left... And 'joined' as my friend. Wut

"Ok, don't give that too much thought" I said to myself, finished keigo-reika... And nothing of Takumi's green quest marker.

I wonder if the game just YEETed at me, or I did break the quest... And John's walkthrough already says that it is possible to recruit Sally; So I just wanted to leave here the 'bug' so you guys don't try to greed out like me, the game might dislike it.

I did read though your (Guide) Great Job btw. But it says (If both of them or Reika is still alive, go find and ask them to follow from here). But not how to obtain both of them?. Then comes another thing. Is it still again possible to lay with Rika as Man or not after acquiring both Rika and Keigo? or not or must (Keigo) die to be able to lay with Reika take her to my base/camp when she is a follower? and do the command /friend 8 - to get (Keigo) again to have as a follower after killing him? while still being able to now Lay with Reika and having Keigo as guard follower im just wondering a bit of how to get them both? and more or less still being able to have sex with Reika without unnecessary deaths. as i have now to replay the entire game and grind again after the game blackscreened during the sexing with (Young Lady/Shino) when i tried to get her as a follower and was unable to load the game save after the update to 0.05 R.I.P. my careful 179+h no cheat Game Save

Well, it seems I did it. I just started the Bridge quest marker by changing the progress from '0' to '1'.

You can make them break up and spare him he'll just be sitting by the campfire afterwards where him and Reika first spawned.

You can spawn an NPC, but that could break your save later on because the game isnt over after all.
As far as Commands exist for quest stage IDK any.
EDIT:What I mean by breaking is you can have the NPC but storywise if are spawning because for example you killed takumi or whatever then you cant revert that. The npc will be there but story will treat it as dead I assume

Somehow, to recruit her, you need to make rainbow seashell bra beforehand.... I love the game, but these aspect are just stupid, took you minutes to raft there, don't have fishing rod? Luckily, you have the ingredients! But you don't have the bait, now go back to your base anyway, and it took minutes to raft there and raft back, oh you don't have the rainbow seashell bra to recruit the mermaid? You fuckin' idiot! How come you never bring a rainbow seashell bra just in case you recruit a mermaid! Now you missed the chance!.

It's such a chore, so just in case, save beforehand, luckily I did that, imagine if I didn't

Dungeon is buggy, I could swear at time the exit doesnt spawn and the boss can just kill itself and soft lock you lol
