Unity - Mad Island [v0.13 Beta Steam] [E-made+]

Pretty much a messed up version of Don't Starve, pretty enjoyable overall but I believe it has the potential to improve the relationships with NPCs since that can be clanky at times.

Will check it out in a few months again to see how it improves.

It's a fun game that touches on a lot of fetishes, be warned there is extreme guro content, and while it can be avoided on the player side it is part of the game world. Despite the game version number, there is a several hours of gameplay already present, while there is no end-game yet, there is enough to keep players busy. Players can be either Male or female mc and can swap freely between the two though the current version favors the male in terms of gameplay, female mc makes the game feel more like your common female protagonist action game but she unable to assault male character sexual atm unlike the male and can only be assaulted.

Probably one of the best, if not the best, degenerate survival games Ive played, mixes the sandbox aspect of the genre with a decent enough story that keeps you interested in seeing how fucked up the bosses and npcs you meet are. Learning about the different species and fetishes in this game is pretty fun because it lets you do whatever you want for the most part. The choice is up to the player which adds a ton of replayability and fun to the game.

Overall the game is clearly in early access so a large chunk of features are missing and occassional bugs but the game doesnt feel lacking Ive been playing this game for the past week and thats all Ive been doing.

Lastly, I would love to see more end game content, the dungeon could have levels of difficulty so you have an incentive to keep improving yourself and your stats past a certain point, I expect a lot of improvement when it comes to the mid and late game, can't be more than excited.

The Story-line: 4.4/5

It's a good start where you need to survive at the beginning, you can choose whether you want to play male or female and try to leave the island. You need to follow the storyline, but you are free to do whatever you want on the island before doing an event. The story is simple and easy to understand and you can choose what you want to do in those situations, and they have consequences if you fail (The kind of consequences that depend on how you look at it) There are only a few short events for both the Male & the Female.

Events will unlock new places for you to explore in the game.
Events have 3 types of colors: Blue, Red, and Green

Events for the Male character are: Blue
Events for the Female character are: Red
Events that can be done by Both are: Green

Doing events like this will give you rewards like building new things for your base, new types of recipes for food, and potions, and new followers who will fight for you if you do the right thing.

What annoys me the most is that if an enemy or a boss wins it will not change the storyline, only that you either die or get a lewd scene only for the female you're playing but that's it. You won't lose your character and she can't be impregnated just thrown to the side and that you have lost your virginity. Or respond like nothing ever happened... I hope they change that later.

An example: "It would be more realistic if you offer yourself if you lose, in the hope you can escape one day, or if not they will just kill you which means that you have only one character left to play until that person can escape from the island or end up dying.

It would make the game more of a survival game if it had more consequences where you can have another event like breaking out before it's too late if you stay too long by accepting the situation you're in. Or you can choose your other character to save that person if you feel safer doing so but! May end up losing that person too if you are not careful..."

This would have given you more reasons to be careful in the game. It would also make rewards more rewarding. It's a bit boring if the game says "Here try again" without any consequences to the character's choices and decisions.

Animations and Art: 4,8/5

The game looks beautiful, the texture is great, the animations are smooth, you can edit your characters, and I would call it a great 2D game since you can't rotate 360 degrees, just right and left.

Level of difficulty: 4.6/5

You can compare this game to (Don't Starve Together) gameplay, like how you move, fight, and build things, just a way more attractive appearance. You can choose what you want to do on the island, go freely where you want, and farm to build many types of things. The difficulty is a level system where you can level up to how much you can endure, how strong you can become, and how fast you're going to be. Not only that you also have an additional team skill for how fast you heal up, how far you can build, how slow you starve, and so on.

You have opportunities to hunt on land, go fishing, build farms, have livestock, hey you can even be a cannibal if you wish (Do whatever you have to do to survive, I guess...)

Now the lewd difficulties here are rare, not often you can choose if you want to do it the loving way or the raping way. None of them is just click-and-done. Your level and skill will make things harder for you which means, the reward feels much more rewarding.

You can take whatever female you want with your male character with rape, but you can't do it with your female character to other males (I guess... they wouldn't fight back if that happened...) You can either kill the females, rape them or beat them unconscious and take them as prisoners for whatever use you want. And male prisoners, but there is no (No male on male) as far as I have seen.
(Not complaining either, not my type of thing...)

You can easily end up playing the game for a second time, just to make another type of decision to see what would happen. (Or go back to an older save) is important to save often before doing events or fighting a boss to get all possible content.

The Sounds & Music parts: 4.7/5

The game has both sounds and music. It only lacks a few sounds here and there like, hearing wind and animal noises. There were enough sounds to enjoy the game, but have been great with a few more.

Overall: 4.6/5 - F95Zone Star 5 "Fantastic"

The game is not a final version "which means" there may be a later edit. I didn't detect errors or bugs in my gameplay run. The girls, monsters, and the island looked great. I enjoyed this game, so much that I even bought it on Steam, I hope they add achievements.

P.S: I highly recommend visiting their main website (emadeplus.com) and downloading their DLC package called (DLCはこちら) to get more content and new hidden events. The DLC is free, this is the content that was removed from the game so they could sell it on Steam. For some reason, they had some limits for things on the small size, but not for everything else.

this is one of the rare good hentai games ever made and i would happily give it another 5 stars if i could.

If you ever played Rimworld with RJW mods from Loverslab then consider this game the lite version of the Rimworld sexmod.

while it is near impossible to get the sex mods to work together E-Made+ seems to have recreated an entire new game based on the mods.

it would be nice to see it copy all the extreme sex ideas from RJW like necrophilia, cumflation and raped to death etc.

and the male protagonist need a bigger penis.

Mad Island has the right mix of jank survival sandbox gameplay with extreme themes of gore/slavery/rape. Despite this, the game has tongue in cheek moments and humor that keep the game from getting too dark

While the storytelling in Mad Island is quite simple, the world itself is filled with survivors, natives, and monsters that will attack (and rape) you. It's pretty immersive for what it is.

You can play as either the male/female main character and switch between them mid game. As of writing most of the quest content is focused on the female character including rape defeat scenes. The male character can rape natives and there are a few H-scenes with quest NPCs

I've already put in 1 day of playtime. The game even as an early access title is my favorite H-game of the year so far. I went ahead and bought the game on Steam (A first for me when it comes to H-games).

I've spent over 24 hours playing this game. It's a pretty fun game with a lot of things to learn and discover.

It reminds me a lot of "The Forest" and "Don't Starve" with it's setting and some of the wacky monsters and mechanics. I do wish there was a bit more variety in options for the H Scenes, but overall I Definitely recommend.

Even though it's EA, to my surprise it's actually pretty good with the amount things you can do. You get stranded on an island, build a base, fight against the natives (and some other survivors), capture them, tame said natives, and then repopulate it with the tamed natives. The 2D H-scenes are well done. Unfortunately the main female NPC's (and some others) cannot become pregnant and only the female natives but hopefully in the future it will be possible.

Edit: Forgot to mention, save often! Your choices in dialogue could affect the outcome(s)!

Absolutely good game, the freedom of choice is amazing

but the main drawback is probably the combat, since it's a 2.5d topview game, there should be an indicator for the direction, not just plain left-right sprite

the combat is quite mediocre but there's many things to explore and unlock which is quite engaging and fun. The animations are nice too and I like the crafting. There's some room to improve but overall I got 10 hours in so far. Finally if there's one thing I think the game needs that's more variety to the sex scenes per character

Over all game is addictive and challenging. Having fun from past 2 days. Some one should have made simple WT how to play and what to do !!

Finally a complete game with an EXCELENT gameplay and a good charge of H scenes. Just love it. cant wait until the next updates.

The game is literally a sandbox, you don't have to follow a specific route to enjoy the game, you're on your own on this giant island.

Some may find content inside this game amoral, disgusting even, but these types of fetishes do exist, there's nothing we can do about it, but at least most of the people like us keeps it only in fiction.

For the game, there's lots of content to explore, starting with trying to figure out what the hell to do, cuz you don't really have a proper guide in the game, but it never bothered me this much.
Continue with storyline, story is smth-smth, i never actually properly read it, cuz was playing a JP version without translation and since this game finally came to Steam, and the on F95, i can finally write a review.

The Unity engine maybe a miss with suchgame, a lot of users having troubles, but for me, navigation from keyboard to click-to-walk/interact never caused me any butthurts.

The main thing i like this game is creativity, it may be focused around gore, but people have proved to be quite an artists with this game, not only i seen recreations of certain characters and places, but seen amazingly well-done bases, decorations and imitations.

Your only limit is game's engine at this point, cuz cheat codes are open for everyone and not locked under some Patreon bullshit, have fun playing.

Extremely fun crafting survival game, once you get past the initial cliff it's very fun. Great for fans of Pregnancy, but man does it cater to some gruesome kinks. Caveat emptor and all that. Menus can be a little frustrating, but that's not too hard to figure out. There's loads of guides for little mechs in steam's page for the game as well.

On one side, this is quite a well-done game. On the other hand...

The amount of tags that are big NONO for me it has is way too much. Yes you can disable a lot of them, but still game revolves around quite hardcore fetishes on its own. Hoever this is more of a warning for others than a mark.

What I truly considered bad is NPCs and interactions with them. The amount of grind this game expects you to do before getting stuff unlocked. Sex scenes that are almost impossible to get if you don't lose on purpose to hideous-looking characters.

On top, all sex scenes that you can find are A: Repeated and the only ones you can get.
And B: Boring as hell or rape in the worst possible form.

The game goes around how there is a drug that makes everyone horny and there is a little village, well you cant do anything with it at all, it just exists.

If you want to see NPC sex scenes you have to capture, build houses, tame them. Then you have to deal with lots of RNG related to it.

The added fact of vore and violence that this game consists mostly of just makes it a bad hentai game. Most of your time is spent running and getting stuff to make stuff with lots of that stuff being of questionable implementation.

Story 3/5: Story? What story? That's what was on my mind for the first few hours. You unlock the story by exploring the map and going through the colored fog (That gave me some dark souls vibe tbh before I knew what it does.)

Blue fog = man event
Pink fog = woman (Yona) event
Green fog = any of the two

Most of the green fog events are boss fights, so just defeat them and go ahead. But for the blue and pink fog you need a high IQ to understand what's going on because the game doesn't tell you.

My advice is to save before going into the fog because you can mess up easily by the choices.

Gameplay 4/5: The game doesn't have a tutorial so you will be lost easily without reading some basics first. The secret to why the sociability in the thread comments is so high is because everybody has a question to ask.

If you are familiar with the 2D game mentioned by the other reviews, it will be mostly fine to figure the most part.

Sex 5/5: You play 2 main characters and can switch between them either by talking to them or by the console command "/change".

The female protagonist is submissive she just gets raped all the time, and as you guessed it, her scenes unlocked by being defeated so you may be frustrated to not get enough scenes if you only here for the female MC.

The male MC got all the fun, just hit the key R and figure the rest out. And yes, while the female MC can't get pregnant the male MC can almost impregnate everything.

Tl'dr; If you are here for pregnant harem, you are in the right place.

tl;dr: Imagine don't starve, but with porn (obviously) and the weird cannibalistic aspects like the Forest. It's definitely gonna be good after some polish, but it really needs a LOT of polish

I'm gonna be honest, I'm gonna list a whole bunch of issues that I have (to the point you're wondering why I'm giving 3 stars) but it's because most of these issues are simply tweaks that needs to be included.
+ it's a solid gameplay loop
+a lot of content for such an early build
-the early raids are a bit ridiculous considering how little you can do in combat and how quick it is for your player (the 2nd player you're not playing) to be killed.
- it's annoying the 2nd protagonist doesn't follow you around or is basically useless (to the point they're a liability because they can't optimally defend themselves against raiders)
-aspects of the game that would be good to know ought to be told rather than discovered by the player. (via this thread)
-walls and buildable objects are buggy in that they sometimes clip under or over the floor for some reason.
-it seems like you can only initiate sex as the male mc and not the female mc

all in all, this game will probably end up good if they can add more polish (rather than content at this point)

If you been wishing for actual video game. This is it. Gameplay and grind are in place and easy to control and grind that not that long and combine with taming animal and natives and make use of them like Pal from Palworld really make this game extremely stand out. Made by the dev of Black Market game they do have some guro but that main focus here. It is survival game and little fantasy one at that which I welcome. Game with porn should not be too much focus on realism on gameplay.

I say give it a try and you will know what actual video game is. Although there are some spot or place that could be something there but it isnt yet suggest that this game still in alpha. So keeping eye on this

what can i say, this game is a survival game where you can do the most brutal things. and on the surface, its a porn survival simulator, that has all the tropes of your usual survival game, from eating people, to scavenging and building. and of course your porn elements, sex, rape and so on.


now for me, after a few hours, it got boring. this needs more stuff..

i see alot of tags. mainly the anal one that brought me to the game, being my main kink. and other than one scene with raping the granny, theres no other anal from what ive seen. after a few hours gameplay, youve discovered everything..

the sexual stuff needs more, lemme rape males, lemme rape anything. fuck, youre on an island, and if youre going as far as rape, take it all the way and allow us to fuck who we want. add more positions and actions. licking, rimming, fingering, different positions, anal and vaginal variants of positions. it just gets way too boring after a while

Not only you are not going to find them at the beginning, I dare say that ALL the scenes are from game over or from the male protagonist. Because this is even more ridiculous: You can dominate ONLY with the man, but not with the woman. Leaving you with the fucking question of why you improved charisma in the first place. Because dancing at the enemy doesn't make a big deal.
I'll probably update if I see something terrible in terms of the quality of the scenes, but no matter how well animated they are; Its accessibility is zero (3 fucking hours and there is only 1 scene and 0 progress... It is poorly viewed

EDIT: (There is only one per enemy, some don't have one at all, and others have multiple problems. For example, the gallery obtained through cheats does not even let you change the visual appearance of the characters (And different body types appear in the game); Therefore, you can't even take advantage of it well.
And like I said, yes, the visuals and animations are very good... But that's as far as it goes if you ask me. Almost all of them are better enjoyed in gameplay, but as I already said, it is unbearable at gloomy levels)


Now I'm going to talk about survival: It's horrible. The waves of enemies are unbalanced to hell, because the game bases how many enemies it will give you based on the level you have... causing waves of 500 enemies to appear o.o. I highlight the waves, because I refuse to think that I am the only one who thinks they are terrible.
As a survival game, it is uncomfortable, until today's sun I don't know where the planter is, because the hud is microscopic and the objects are not well presented. And to make it short: The game is not difficult, it is simply bad.

There are more details that can be highlighted about the game but, in general, it is not enjoyable at all. Especially when you don't even feel a real difference between using cheats and not. Talk about someone who didn't even play his own game.
