Does anyone know why Underground Woman or maybe other NPCs do not follow the MC or move?
When give Call or Return it says it can't do that.

Well hey, I only started playing this game because of the bestiality tag, and I actually REALLY like the gameplay (even if it needs refined, but it's still in beta, so that's to be expected)
Same, I was expecting to use the natives in the breeding ranch rather tha with them, but oh well, a lot of people asked for beast for what I read, no idea if the devs will implement them, but one can hope

No, it is not possible because there are events that happen to each person only because they are alone and make personal decisions.
So how do survive the enemies raid or raid at the enemy camp ? at time the invicible cheat just goes on and off on it's own. During the thickest of fight at time it turn off on it's own and result in nasty thing. So we need to use our pet tamed natives to help in raid or defense then ?

Initially, you can abuse the fact that both you and anybody on your side cannot die, unless abducted by a raid and executed. And raid abductions can only happen to a restricted range of villagers, which does not include any of the MCs and any animals or monsters. If raid does manage to abduct someone, you can rescue them.
By midgame, you can just slaughter a raid personally without much thought put into it.
By lategame, you'll be adjusting raids to be stronger so that you can level up from them effectively.
So this leaves you with just a short but important time period when you learn how to fight.

When attacking their village, the main concern is to fight them one at a time. This is best done at night, when most villagers are sleeping, and there are only guards to fight.
When defending, putting scary monsters on the perimeter is a good plan. Putting non-combatants into "survivor" stance is excellent plan. And putting a raid magnet talisman on one of the MCs or one of the monsters is a good plan too.

Either way, you'll need to fight a raid someday. Use all the tricks known to humanity - kiting, setting traps, walls and so on. You can also pretend to be an anime warrior, and run through them, stopping behind their backs to say "too slow" and stab them in the back. Repeat that until they're all dead.

If we're talking combat tricks, alongside the aforementioned kiting, moving up and down in particular makes dodging attacks easier due to hitbox detection. It's not free, but much easier. Also setting NPCs to survivor is really good because Survivors don't take any damage. I've cleared multiple raids because I was able to single out raiders and kill them while the rest were distracted with the "Nothing" they were attacking.

Also, don't be afraid to pick fights with big monsters in the overworld like Big Foot or the Werewolf. You can place red flags nearby pretty much any boss area, and if you die, you can respawn next to them while they keep their injuries or stamina loss, but this doesn't apply to major fights like the Native Boss or Spike. Just make sure your not playing Yona unless you wanna get raped to hell and back. Also, barring food and water, I can't recall any boss with a time limit, so take as long as you need to chip away at them.
