Nice, I remember seeing this video before, but when I tried to catch them following this method. It just didn't work.
But I do wonder if my failure was because I had a follower with me and once they "see" an enemy, you can't catch them anymore, even if you are not the one being attacked.

just put it inside dlc folder and run the game. Click option and check if the option tab's top right has dlc_00 v0.1. If there is, then u r done. If not, u've done something wrong.

yeah, its because they improved the ai of npcs in these few updates

Well. rather than "A guide" it is more of listings on where to get stuffs/items/fishes and so on.
I remember it was in Chinese however, I was sure I bookmarked it, probably my imagination if I can't find it on my bookmark listings.

Thanks for the english to english translation. There are a lot of people on this forum who write english words but sometimes I can't make any sense of their posts.

I'm not going to write a guide like that. My instructions are simple to follow. If they can't follow such basic instructions then they are either not adults(which means I don't think they should be on this site) or they don't know how to use computers at all which means no matter what I write they'll continue asking for more detailed guides, in which case I say fuck'em, they should learn how to use computers properly before registering to porn and piracy sites.
