1) Use blunt weapons to knock them out/ or use male MCs grapple to cause the female campers to faint
2) put them in cages and put some cooked meat in there
3) Wait until their score reaches 100/MAX
4) Take them out of the cage into MC inventory and summon them with a right click
5) check their Status and click on the pointing finger menu
6) assign them a job and check potential requirements (haveing a lumberyard for logging and a mine for mining, etc.)
7) wait until they generate resources you can use for crafting

my guy I have sat here for the last 30 minutes doing different stuff (xp, health, stats, etc.) cheat engine isn't finding these addresses lol

Not as fast but just use the dev codes. /point give stat and skill points. Post #6379 give most (newer things are missing) item spawn dev codes.
Probably due the game handling decimals internally and only displaying round numbers, like having 99,000000000009 health
anyone know the commands to cheat add the Flippers, and air tank needed to go under the water>?

flippers don't have any use and not equip-able for now. Air tank can be consumed when u r swimming in water to refill stamina/oxygen
Yeah the only confusing bit was that the cheats had the current game version in the header for the post, then said that a previous version is outdated, or at least that's what I understood from the header, and the rest of the post didn't make it clear enough which version it wouldn't work for.

Just copy them to a new version. They are located at Mad Island_Data\StreamingAssets\XML\
If the plot doesn't help you, try console commands. I think it's /call that summons the one whose charsheet is currently open. It is more powerful than the call command from the friends list.

Ive done 1,2,and 3 but i dont see Mad_island/BepInEx/Plugins any where. could you possibly make a picture Installation guide please. i really need some help.
