no, his son cannot interact with special npcs, female natives and underground woman are ok if i remember correctly.

Nope, Keigo and Reika will only have sex in the event, no more after their event. You can go check preview by pressing shift plus p on menu to rewatch animation without lines

Edit, nvm, apparently if you CTRL click you zoop into the bed and can remove it. that bed was stressing me tf out.

So, I must be confused, because I haven't found the Underground area or the prison. (Prison I know where, just haven't got there yet.) The Underground woman plot has not been located yet.
Anyway, gonna update and see if that fixes stuff.

Trying to add the dlc to the game, i don't have a dlc folder? do i need to just create an empty folder and call it dlc and its good to go or is my game just bugged?

DLC file should go into \Mad Island_Data\StreamingAssets\DLC\ , near the save folder
And last time I played, DLC folder was already there.

Ent Queen: 20000 HP(+50), 70(+4), 0 SPD, 4 BP, 8 cost she can't raise her speed at all.

Damn, is Ent Queen playable now? How does she even work with 0 SPD?
I think this update is worth playing just to see the Ent Queen.

She still will teleport to you if you get too far away from her. You can also move her thru the location and return button. She preforms ranged attacks.

afaik if you not tamed the npc then if you reload the game it will disappear so at least pick them up into inventory before leaving the game.

Generic natives can have sex according to obscure rules about which sex scenes exist. There should be a table somewhere. As long as they like each other enough. Just put a bed (even a leaf bed) outside, and they'll use it. Yes, they can reproduce, especially if you brew them some pregnancy promotion medicine.
Unique female characters only have sex with male MC. I think all of them have one, except for Little and Nickel.
Female MC has a lot of rape-on-defeat scenes.

Interact with them and use the "Move" command now set up a new perimeter for them to stay and do their stuff if not following you
