So you already met the locals, but somehow avoided the 2 minor villages with Level 1-5 Enemies you can use to Level up... or you did not bother gathering resources to craft tools and weapons before doing so.
Within the first 5 minutes and just moveing 1 screen away from your starting point in each direction should provide you with sufficient stuff to build a stone axe and pickaxe which allows you to create the wood workbench and finally a spear, which allows you to fight against any native force unless you go against the native boss in the far north.
This game is not handholding you... you are thrown in the wild and are expected to build your survival skills by getting tools and weapons which will allow you to unlock better equipment along the way and improve your survivalabilities even further.... the further north you go the more yu need this as enemies scal with MCs distant to their starting point.
If you expect someone to explain you what to do and how to proceed you should read the guide linked in the main post, the game won't do it for you.
Ah okay that explans everything. The game is definitely not for me with building some stuff and so :)

How to adjust max party capacity on save file
I'm surprised no one has answered yet, while in game push the enter key. Then type exactly like this. /followcap 100
If done correctly you should have a summon limit of 100. the number can be anything you want. If you want a party capacity of 999 then push the enter key, then type /followcap 999.

Oh, yea and if you don't want to use cheats, click these buttons, in this exact order. I have the steps listed, 1-3. make sure you have sufficient stat points, which you get by leveling up. And you level up by killing natives, cutting wood, mining stone, eating exp berries, etc.

It is my understanding that the results from the followcap command do not get recorded into your save file, so you would lose your party members when loading. You would then have to re-enter the followcap command and re-hire your peeps each time you loaded a save. I suspect.

Ci-en blog's progress report (Mad Island Post #93) is up.

Pertinent points (progress made after the reaper update):

1. A lot of time was spent debugging issues with workshop NPCs, so not much overall progress was made.

2a. Work went into developing a "Visit Another Person's Save" feature. There are plans to give (Dark Souls-esque) tokens for Visiting (talking to NPCs) and Raiding (killing NPCs). Tokens can be exchanged for items but no game-changing must haves so that people who aren't interested in this feature don't feel pressured into interacting with it.

2b. Work also went into developing a "Dialogue Editor" feature. The goal is to let players edit non-story dialog (ie. banter) of NPCs. Things like them talking about people they like or hate, and how they talk to the PC depending on whether they like or hate the PC. Related to 2a, the player can also edit lines their NPCs will say when another player visits their save.

Unfortunately 2a. and 2b. run into localization issues with players seeing another language if they visit a save file of a player using another language, and the whole thing can get even messier when Workshop stuff are involved... so this whole thing has been shelved for now until they can figure out a way to solve the issues.

3. Work shifted towards a "Rescue the Girls Hanging from the Native Boss" sub event. The Native Boss will be made to respawn after loading a save, so people can continue with this event even with preexisting saves. (Yay, no fiddling about with cheats or save-editing needed! Probably.)

Three possible routes are planned:
a. Save and recruit both girls.
b. Recruit only the blue-haired girl.
c. Both girls die.

4. Four new upcoming h-scenes are on the itinerary:
a. Man x Blue Hair (normal)
b. Man x Blue Hair (rape)
c. Man x Pink hair (normal)
d. Yona x Large Young Man (normal)

Bonus: This month's bonus artwork (for Ci-en followers, no subscription fee necessary) consists of two animations:
a. Blue-Haired Girl in a neutral pose holding a broom.
b. Pink-Haired Girl in a dancing pose holding a sword.

They both have all their limbs intact (not even prosthetics) and their clothes repaired. Pink Hair has one eye closed throughout her animation though, so could be an injury?

I'm happy they'll have boss native respawn so you can do the quest without a restart but i hope that, should you let the girls die or live, the boss goes back to being turbo dead. I just find him unpleasant so it's totally just a personal reason colored with the fact he drops the meat workbench too. That image on the Ci-en highlights his dick however, are they gonna make that a collectable resource if he's respawnable i wonder?

Anyone wanna hook us up with those bonus artworks? I mean if you were cool you'd do it right? We're all cool here right? A bunch of cool guys who post cool pictures for their cool bros right? Unless it breaks that uncool rule 7, as that would be uncool i'm told.

Damn, seems that this update was delayed hard because of the bugs

Also the new NPC's are getting content while the old ones are still getting nothing yet

They're just saying what they've done since, not all that will be in the update. I think the elder sister scenes plus some others were finished but not implemented since the last update, and now they've finished 4 more scenes. Next update is very likely to have them all implemented.

Edit: Huh, just realized Pink Hair is using the Crystal Sword, a rare weapon dropped from Dungeon Level 10 chests and if I remember right can only currently be equipped by Yona and the Male Lead.

Hold up, I see they did rework pink’s model but… why did pink’s outfit stay the same but blue’s change?

Blue's looks like it could be the same outfit but not torn up, maybe?
Could be? The torn up one looks more like it could be a fancier dress but it’s hard to say. I would assume the two girls are friends and they just don’t look like they are going to the same place. Pink looks like she is going partying while blue chillin in her jamies

At the beginning of the game, man told us that his friends were captured by natives. It would be nice if these two girls were some of man's friends. I mean, they are captured by natives and all.

Well only those girls fit the bill so far, there is no other NPCs who got captured by natives.

I'm sure those girls and MMC know each other, just don't know how close they were.

let's hope one of them has feeling for MMC.

Yona started with her friends and she can go recruit them one by one while MMC sit near the beach with no friend...

hopefully those girls are not random strangers but MMC's friend so MMC can start his adventure with his friends while Yona go

with her friends and that would be fair.

Someone have to tell the devloper, we need a more slot on dye machine so we can dye full cloth set at once, it's hard to dye all 7 set of cloth same color one by one.

blue hair? we talking about the bosses that has 2 girls hanging on it back right? we can save them..?!!
That was my first thought, man. I was like "man, they're really cute and it sucks I can't make them my new waifu's because they look better than 98.1% of all the native chicks" (the de-aged old woman being the exception; she's one of my favorites).

But I guess we're going to be able to save them in the new update. Kinda wish the two devs would focus on adding more content to existing npc's, but I ain't complaining; new content is new content.

Picked this game up again after not playing since v0.16 (got up to the spider boss). Had a few comments/questions I hope people can help me with!

1. Moral - any way to urgently raise it? My Goku-level NPC has unrequited love for an NPC and crashed out, he one shots everything and there's no way to stop him.

2. Food and water - I know supposedly putting food in the food box will let NPCs go eat it themselves; however, (related to above) how do I make sure it's the low moral one benefiting from the +moral foods? Additionally, do NPCs drink from the water collector? I have half my NPCs thirsty/hungry all the time but they don't seem to go drink from the water collector - do I need a well?

3. Sex - my Goku-level NPC may be crashing out because he can't have sex? I can't initiate sex with him using Yona; what is the reason? He's the son of my male PC and a female Native. As a matter of fact, is there any way to avoid this unrequited love/NPCs getting too horny?

4. Inventory management/crafting - has anyone figured out a good way of managing these? The UI seems very finicky, I just tried to build a raft, had to figure out if I had any rope stored anywhere, which meant I had to figure out if I had any fibre anywhere, turns out I didn't have it so I had to go chop a dozen small trees. What I'm doing it just storing iron in the furnance, wood in the wood bench, body parts in the body part bench etc, but there's tons of miscellaneous stuff (e.g. crab shells) that I have no idea where/how to store.
