I take back my previous statement, and definitly seriously consider that as an a more environment-friendly method to print diamond indeed!

Also they take a long time to appear, it can't be faster, I've been playing for 52 hours XD

u can take her to base, but u need steak set from cooking table for the hidden option

because elite raiders need u to place totems on ground to make them appear. If u r using angry pots (+5lvl per one) then u need to place 4 of them

The reaper, and her event, comes from raid I believe if I remember well.

And the details are uncertain, due to the trash translation it could easily refer to either that blue hair girl, or a random native girl getting involved in the fight.

About "games like this", if you mean games that make you doubt humanity, I recommend the authors' previous work, "Black Market". Not to be confused with "Monster Black Market".
If you mean open world survival craft games, there are unfortunately few of them here. But "Ecchi and Craft" (which seems to be based on Terraria) is here, and I recommend it. And there is also Wicked Island.
