You need to do the event for Man to have sex with her. She can get preggers at any time before that from anyone that doesn't reset after the scene I believe. (So non bosses, mind you I didn't test Takumi)
I imagine if you down her (through a fight) and rape her with man you could get the end result before the quest.

great i was afraid i had to beat the eat king to do it since i'm not that far into the game

Dude if people were getting viruses it genuinely wouldn't be a secret.
If anyone is concerned about safety WAIT a few days, then download the file. This is hot shit, still hours old, let the eager beavers test and screen potential bugs and threats before you jump in yourself. And if you can't wait then get in here, we need more bodies to throw on the fire.

Okay new NPCs gotten. Here are the stats:
Son: 20 HP(+3), 2 ATK(+2), 1.4 SPD, 9 BP, 3 cost
Daughter: 20 HP(+4), 2 ATK(+1), 1.4 SPD, 8 BP, 3 cost
Young Lady: 20 HP(+5), 2 ATK(+3), 1.4 SPD, 12 BP, 3 cost

Yup they are just called Son and Daughter. Yona's son will grow up into their dad. Yes, you can have an even more useless Takumi. Get the young lady as fast as you can if you want her, she carries over her base and any used points. Every spend point when she is Daughter means you lose 1 hp or 2 atk per point.
Found out that if Man knocks up Young Lady you will just get a Female DLC/Native or a Young Man.

I thought the v0.5.1 update would fix the birthing glitch for some characters (in my game they either freeze during birth or disappear into thin air), increase the number of positions, or allow some domesticated beast-type NPCs to accept the sex option.

I haven't had any issue with birth in v0.5.1.

Sad, seems that the MC's other poses aren't used, neither for his sons

Also, looks like the daughter can't get pregnant from some NPC's, atm i have seen her get pregnant ONLY from normal basic natives
