You know I can see in the future that SsethTzeentach will drop the review of this game. He would spent 1000 hours gameplay to provide a more than half hours comprehensive yet chaotic guide video known to man.
I have a noob question - how do I install yotan mods and does EnhancedIsland work on its own or do I need ModCore, Extensions etc. ?

How the hell do you age up characters? I know you need growing potions but you need 18 of them and producing milk is so slow it would take like 10 hours for a single person. Am I doing something wrong?

I don't know where you heard that from but even at it's worst which is right after an update, the game is very playable and the devs will patch out any major bugs in the days following. Just get the most recent stable version if you want, and wait a few days after an update drops if you don't want to contribute to bug testing.
Did you task someone to milk them? and if it's not fast enough get more livestock, you know, like a farm.

TK, I read that in some reviews, which is why I don't trust reviews and prefer to ask people who follow the game directly if I have any questions.
What strikes me most about the game is that it seems to be a survival game, but for degenerates, and I love survival games.

Female MC gameplay is lose-to-see-sex. Male gameplay is more proactive (you don't actually have to be a rapist, but the option is available).
Note that the game requires you to switch between the two characters. You wouldn't be playing as just one of them all the time, but it is possible to have one of them as your "main".
In my experience, the game doesn't have bugs so much as very unobvious features. Such as farms only working within fixed radius from the player. But it is certainly playable.
