Canonically you're probably correct since the Dev did say that he wasn't planning to have any Man x Yona romance originally because Man wasn't supposed to be a good person, but added it because so many people requested it.
Though obviously some players could of just played Man as totally decent person without doing anything overtly evil.
But any either even if she did introduced him as that, I mean he would fit in with her friend group perfectly lol. Isn't Nami some psycho Yuri Yandere? Takumi is a rapist, who tried to kill them and rape them all. Keigo is a overly possessive homicidally jealous psycho boyfriend.

Just goes to show why Reika is my favorite of the group.
I don’t have them but way back in the day the dev had a picture of 3 hostile survivors males, Man was clearly one of them.
It it was in the Ci-en comments of Article 94 from November 2025.

Hotfix
We have fixed a critical bug.
Fixes & Adjustments
Fixed an issue where the DLC update button could appear on the title screen even when the correct DLC version was installed
Fixed an issue where line breaks in some story text were not displayed correctly
Fixed a bug where the game could soft-lock when dismantling the Elder Native Man’s head
Adjusted so that affinity now increases/decreases from emotions between protagonists as well
It looks like there will be a lot more patches
It's like i said before, this is a ryona game that attracted a more mainstream audience(probably cause it's genuinely fun and the art is appealing) and the devs decided to cater a bit more to that audience. But this stuff was said well before november last year, the image of man and his 2 rape buddies was posted here some time ago but i believe they are sourced from the cien site, one can chose where to search if they desire but basically the different customizations for man that you can see in game are the other rapists that got scrapped.
Did the developer already mention anything about tamed enemies having sex with unique special NPCs or not yet?
Explains why he said he ended here with friends but they got captured by other natives. I was wondering who was his friends the entire time.

I haven’t tried but I believe she can get pregnant as long as she has a scene with them (that isn’t just reset, like boss ones)
The benefit is that the censorship gets removed.
