Very weird bug that I think was caused by using the "Giggle" skill right at the end of a combat encounter.
"Skill Point Regeneration" is 2.0 higher permanently than what it should be, like "Giggle" is active 100% of the time.
Ironically, this is probably something people would want

I assume you are currently stuck at the slime boss? It has a passive ability that silences you, only allowing healing spells. Otherwise it's a bug I haven't heard of before.
Yeah, some enemies have an ability that inflict silence for a time (boss 3 I think has one that does this), though as stated by Iwan, the slime boss has this as a passive effect that lingers throughout the fight and isn't contingent on any active abilities.

No it's not like that, I already completed the game on free version from here, and after that bought it, and what do I see, all my custom characters are alright, I got all the upgrades but I can't use any of my abilities, no healing, no shield, nothing, it all got that red face with cross on it, i don't know what to do, i want to defeat new bosses Minotaurs but I simply can't, even the goblin, even the slime, no one, i just cant use spells
I had something vaguely similar. I didn't test it much but I suspect it was something to do with watching a memory fight then exiting while the silence effect was on. It was solved when I watched a different memory fight.

You want the Binaries in the Magicshop2 folder NOT the Engine folder....

On a separate note.....
I need to lose to the slime girl boss for an unlockable but I'm so far into the game that I'm to powerful to lose....
There isn't a way to surrender at fight is there?

There's a skill that changes your appearance to random preset (need at least 3 presets before it unlocks) and heals you. Using it when fighting the slime fully heals it and boosts its damage. Do it few times, and it would defeat you in no time.
I downloaded the newer version and now when i try to run the game my pc tells me i lack an app (it doesn't specify a name, just "an app")... Anyone can help with this?
Sounds like it's trying to open steam to checked you have bought the game.
But I assume you don't have steam on your PC...However......
