With the release of Alison's set I've decided to go back through the old sets and make some QoL changes, mainly to the new keywords. The idea being I want to make sure have them makes sense and their practicality in-game.
After some thought some of the new keywords can be removed and replaced with already existing keywords and mechanics that are in vanilla.

Stuff that needs changing :-

Override
:- A good idea in theory, however mechanically it's exactly the same as the card being modal. So this is a simple fix and now these cards are now modal instead.

Funnel/Selfish :- I love the mechanic of being able to spend more mana to avoid negative effects (in the case of funnel) or to be the only player to get the benefits (in the case of selfish), however the wording for these cards can be very odd, especially in the case of selfish. After some thought I think it's best to just use a keyword that's already in vanilla to not cause confusion but can still fulfill both of these effects, so I've gone for Cleave which is perfect for these.

Right now for the second part of the QoL, going over the new artifact types, Peach, Dildo and Bondage. From what I've tested all three need changes.

So let's start with Peaches. These are a tad bit too strong currently. The goal with these was to have a token similar to treasure tokens but have added utility of using them to gain a tiny amount of health in a pinch. The gain life portion is fine, however the mana portion is strong for the same reason that treasures are strong. Treasures can be used as soon as they come into play and generate any color mana, which make them extremely strong. Even the head designer, Mark Rosewater, has mentioned this. While Peaches only generate colorless mana, which make it much weaker, it's still suffers the same problem, that it can be used on the turn it's created.

So what's the fix? Simple really. Recent sets using treasure tokens have them enter the battlefield tapped, meaning they can't be used the same turn they are generated. This is a perfect fix now I have to decide if I should include the tap effect being on the cards that generate them, or being on the token itself. I've opted for the latter. This is what treasure tokens should have been in the first place and the great thing about making custom cards is I can go back and adjust this easily, where as once a vanilla set has been published, it can only be oracled to change it.

Now Dildo and Bondage tokens have the opposite problem. Each require 2 mana to activate and in most cases you're not actually going to use the abilities as the value of them is poor.

So the fix? They'll cost one less to activate (Dildos will also need to be tapped to activated) and Bondage has been changed from tapping a nonland permanent to using the Detain keyword instead. Now they should be more lucrative to use.

Last thing to note, more of the cards that use any of these tokens will now display what that token does if they have the space.

For the last part of the QoL change, I've decided to get rid of Princess as a creature type and cards that use Princess in their effects and instead these will now use Noble as these are not only more broader which makes finding images for this type easier to find but the creature type is already in vanilla. All the other new creature types (Biker, Bunny, Model, Slut) are fine as is.

Also progress for the next set is going well. Experience counters will be returned as a mechanic from vanilla. This set will more then likely be very heavy on multicolored cards. Cipher is also a returning vanilla mechanic. These cards are usually costly to play for the effect they give, but they have the possiblilty of triggering again. There is at least one cipher card of each color pairs and a five color one.

There are also a few cards that are based off of custom cards already made, but have been tweeked and/or renamed for balance.

Good or bad bonkers? :unsure:

Just a disclaimer, these aren't final, I do do some minor playtesting before finalizing but I'm more than happy to hear feedback, especially if you think a card is too strong for it's rarity as I don't play as much as I used to and not too familiar with the meta.

nah good. its got great flavour. i like the alternative way of getting it on the board even if its a bit slow.

jessicas card seems strong though for a rare as it pumps itself up too with the way the card is worded as well as having the repeatable fight effect. maybe its ok cus of the 4 green it needs but idk.

charllotes card is nice too. like the idea of sinning too much and you lose her.

Just noticed that Jessica Nigri is missing text. It should have +1/+1 counters.

I do agree though, it should probs be a mythic or to balance out for rare, the counters only hit other elves or knocking the p/t somewhat. 4 green is actually not that hard to get with elves so it's not as good as a balancing mechanic as I would hope. We'll see.

After some playtesting with Jessica, I've decided to change it up.

I want to keep it rare and keep the mana value. The repeatable +1/+1 counters does bust this card but I do want to keep her being an elf lord. I've change this entire now and instead she will now provide +1/+1 and reach to all elves as long as the top card of your library (you play with this revealed now) is green, similar to another card . The fight ability also costs more now and her p/t is now 3/3.

Fine for the most part. I've recently lost all of my image galleries so it's been slow. I've done a few more QOL changes. Taken from my discord :-

1. Bunny
The Bunny creature type is being replaced with Rabbit as Rabbit is already a creature type in the game. I honestly had no idea since there's only a handful of them and most are old as fuck. For the same reason as with Princess though it's already in vanilla so may as well use it (Names of cards won't change though).

2. Biker
The Biker creature type is also being replaced with Rebel for similar reasons. Card names remain unchanged.

3. Deflect
I'll be honest here... this keyword is a mess and a ruling and stacking nightmare as it interacts weirdly in too many situations. I also don't want the rules text to be a novel so I've shifted cards that have deflect to instead enter the battlefield with shield counter(s) on them. I wanna keep the flavour of the protection and have adjusted the cards stat lines to compensate.

So after picking this up again, I just realized I never posted the update here. PS5 has been out for some time now and all of the other sets have been updated with typo fixes and new rulings plus a balance pass. I'm now working on PS6.

Here's a few samples from the new set (not set in stone yet).

I'll probably get around to doing it when I release the new set. Can't remember why I removed them tbh.

Edit :- I remember why. The compression technique that TTS uses changed quite a while back. The 200% versions look worse than the SD ones. I'd recommend just using the SD ones and using the default zoom, otherwise the cards get very pixelated. This is the fault of MSE not exporting HD cards due to copyright.

Well it's here! Porno Series 6 is now out! It's loaded with new mechanics and beautiful babes. All other sets have also been updated as I've changed a few things listed below.

Card Name In Rules Text

To keep consistant with vanilla MTG, if a card refers to itself more than once and it has a suffix, it will only use the name after the first instance. (i.e Keisha & Karlee, Wet Sirens after the first reference will just be Keisha & Karlee) This allows for shorter text overall which is a plus. The only time this won't be the case is if the card refers to itself outside the battlefield. (i.e. if it refers to itself in the graveyard)

New Keyword - Safeguard X

Safeguard is a keyword for "This permanent enters the battlefield with X shield counters on it." Lots of cards now have this text so it seems fitting to give it a keyword.
