Pleated skirt, shorter hair, necklace missing, different ear rings, hair color slighty different, jacket slightly changed color and the sleeve vent changed styles.
I'm sure there's more, these are just what i saw at a cursory glance.

NGL - for AI...I dont hate it. Curious to see how it develops. Looks like it will be pretty shallow in the end but still.

I advice u to switch to Renpy rather than html. Animations seems to be very good.

Full screen feature by clicking is great.
Songs are very sexy.
Too bad sex parts are just pictures not anims.
Anims could be longer.
Story's progression is a bit grindy.
But dude it has such a great potential!
I am also curious about what u used for artwork and esp. anims

I understand ur game developer point of view to find the most suitable way to make games.
Well I said Renpy from my player point of view cos I noticed that most Renpy games are easy to play and can be very good (just like Fantasy conquest). U can also find parts of the game that makes it more logical like a map. I think HTML game are more limited even if I'm impressed by what u can do with it with this game of yours. But as I told before, story progression is sometimes grindy cos at one point u don't really know where ur going.
But I'm sure u'll make nice updates
Grindy story progression isn't a factor of the engine used to make the game. I've played plenty of RenPy games with too much stat grind. That said, I'm not saying one is preferable over the other, or putting down anyone who likes one over the other. If I think I'm going to like where a game is going, I'll try it regardless of the engine.
I downloaded using the Gofile link in the OP. That had an index.html file to launch
