Not some over the top special thing. But the patch does say that it fixed some problems like audio not working or dialogue skipping, issues preventing access to certain stories, and they added some items to the game.

Don't forget to move the Config.ini file, or all scenes will stop working.

Some collabo stories won't appear unless you open the Extra Stories page from the story menu.

When I hop onto the scenes it just crashes, even with config moved

Haven't tested thoroughly but animations and voices seem to be fixed. Auto mode during h-scenes sometimes would skip lines early but toggling it again fixes it.

Google translation is pre-configured but I recommend using Lunatranslate for dialogue instead:

. To disable Google translation simply open AutoTranslatorConfig.ini located in MAGICAMI DX_ver3p272_20250916\BepInEx\config and delete anything behind "Endpoint="

this version still seems to be missing the event dresses..

A few posts above you, #111 made by filthydegentleman, has the most recent version. Just click the first link on their post to go to gofile, click the download button next to the file, extract into a folder (using winRAR, 7zip, or whatever other extraction software you prefer), run the .exe, and there you go.
