I found the reason. In common event json
In script there is \"Move"\ when in original it is 'move'
Since in screenshot it doesn't complain about \ then I think main problem is that move in translation is with capital M which breaks script.

I kind off fixed it, but I'm still playing game and have no idea if there will be any other errors, so I'm not sure should I post fixed file or not.
Edit: Translated game has broken event in Goblin confinement and broken sex-battles. I gave up on fixing it.
