I tested my current MOD on the new release and it works fine. Once again, the dev has made another aspect of my MOD redundant by unlocking the gallery so all my other features, Save Naming, textbox transparancy, stat tracker and stat changer all still work and no update was required.
So yea! Less work for me! I will update the versioning and as usual, let me know if something doesn't work.
On another note, I will really miss this AVN.

It's also become one of my favorite games lately. The game has soul, and I hope the author will continue it someday. The story isn't over yet.

damn I thought I replyed earlier but seems my post never went through, in short I took a look at the mod features and sure enough if my understanding is correct the mod will indeed work with the new version.

Yep. It's the same mod, but I can understand the confusion. I will change the versioning on the actual download.

SO, it's the updated mod just a little mistake which is it says (V0.17.2). Am i right?
The last three scenes I see from previous version are Elizabeth with the maid, the cop, and ashley.
Are there new ones this release? I see the same three

It's the same mod for 17, but there was nothing I needed to update. As I mentioned earlier, the dev has made just about everything my mod does redundant. The only thing I was doing new for every update was updating the gallery to unlock all the scenes. The stat tracker, the ability to change stats, the saved names and the chatbox transparency all still work. They did not need to be updated.
So I loaded the new game into the renpy SDK, added my mod from the previous version and launched it and everything worked fine.

Alright... I just realized I am a big old grumpy idiot. As I was replying to post, I realized I only copied the MOD folder over into Renpy and tested the new version of the AVN with the MOD folder. I did make changes to the gallery file in the previous version so the new gallery is being over-written by my older version. Man I feel stupid.
Anyway, I removed the gallery files and reposted the MOD with just the MOD files.
I am so sorry for causing the confusion. I should have just gone through my normal process of updating and I would have caught it. Instead, I was trying to take a shortcut.
I think I need to refund a few coffees, lol.

the pixeldrain download still had the "script misc" folder in it when i just downloaded it.
But only using the mod folder work to remove the error, so thanks for the info

Again with this lateste update I had to apply your 16.5 mod then the 18.1 mod over the top to stop thegame crashing. Might be worth leaving a link to that Mod fopr other.
