Hey guys I am new in this VN making thing., But my stories are unique and show realism. My stories are liked by the people with a taste of CInema, Emotions, realism, logic of phyiscs and Time etc.

I think I can Make awesome porn games but portraying them as I really want them to be is hard even with ai.
Any fetish content? Niche specific? Any idea? I need You guys To help me.

You can say, See fetish umm let's assume with worst fetish. it's an awesome movie scene, and just after we show character's normal life where it pisses or you know that disgusting stuff scat (disgusting for me). So its not a forced content right?

Well let me explain, I wanna make ultra realistic stories, but I sometimes wonder that My audience who came to fap would Lean Into story forgetting fap etc.

I don't wanna make a horny sex focused game, I would rather add a lot of sex along with the logic of every scene.
A perfect beautiful game, if people haad a good support I can go for awesome or even very taboo fetishes like NTR? Domination? Sharing? Non con (mild).

Not the right mindset, do you know what most cult classics have in common? They were made by passionate devs who loved what they were doing and were deeply invested in it. Simply make it your way, put your fetishes and the stuff you like in it, don't let anyone else tell you what to do, even if their criticisms are valid, follow your heart, or at least follow your dick and don't change anything about what you're doing unless you want to because you think it'd be better from your own perspective.

Which means if you do it right you might be one of the pioneers of a currently rare niche, you might be leading the way towards ultra realistic porn games as one of the first to make one. Which means asking us for advice is counterproductive, at least as far as content goes.

Everyone has different fetishes, you can't please everyone, some people love feet, some people hate them, some people have a thing for armpits of all things... Whatever floats their boat.

My point is, don't make our game, make yours.

By the sound of it you want to create a realistic dating sim, which might potentially be releasable on steam, I've played a few good dating sims, they are rare, but the good ones are really good! It sounds like you want to make something like true love (really old dating sim).

Focus on what you're good at, make what you really want to make.

Luckily renpy is easy as hell to learn, just follow the tutorial, you can use LLMs to help you with the coding when if you are gonna make something more complex than a run of the mill VN, but I advise caution, they're not all they're cracked up to be coding wise. I use them a bit like google, get an example of how something could be done, then re-do it better my own way.

But for a standard ren'py vn you won't need any of that shit, but you will need images, so I guess learn how to do image gen. stable diffusion webui and civitai are a great place to start, comfyui is usually where people end up (but it's more complicated than sdwebui).

You could also go the Daz3D route, it will if done right net you higher quality images than ai gen most likely.

I cannot show those stories as they are not porn stories and my identity could be revealed. I never wrote nsfw stories this explicit. I would like to show my work rather to just talk. If you think this is a lie it still wouldn't hurt right? We need actual content.

I love intense emotions, like grief, peace, sadness, motivation lust.
I have no idea how I would portray my VN, But i have played some porn VNs, So If I could get people's opinion in this adult market i guess I could Do better.

I first just want to try outwith some short VNs To get started. All the stories I think are long and massive.
I wonder how people write short stories the whole motive, whole thoughts you have every emotion you have you have to convey it in some minutes. Damn They are so talented.

I meant people should give me some good ideas about what they wanna see as a short story and I will choose some for my VN. About the image thing? Novel ai? Is it good? Pleasing is never my style but accountability? It is.

As for AI, best thing to do locally host it, which is why I recommended you start out with sdwebui and get your models from civitai. Finding the right model and way to prompt (learning to use image gen ai) is a rabbit hole, you don't wanna spend too much money on it if you can avoid it, so self hosting is the best option if you need to create a lot of images, all you need is a gpu with 8gb vram, preferably higher like 16GB or 12GB, preferably nvidia too. That's all you need to power an AI, it's all about the VRAM not the computational power (you gotta be able to fit the ai and the image it's generating into the VRAM)

Once you get comfortable with sdwebui you can and should switch to the more complex comfyui.

That's not going to work. Ever. As others said, that's not how you make a game, or any work in a creative field for that matter.

I mean, come on. Finding ideas is the easy part. If you're half as good as you claim to be you should have no trouble getting ideas of your own, without having to ask for your future players to help you.

Brainstorm, think about the kinks and stuff you want to write with and work from there. If you don't, I guarantee you'll have lost all motivation in a few weeks.
