I would agree with this for most people, but I honestly have something of an insatiable appetite for blobbers. So, I'll be fine in my specific case, lol.

So ported my old save but played the beginning again. After the dungeon where demon girl appears there is a new scene when going back to town. But I dont know if its a bug or intentional that the game doesnt move to free mode with Elfdude back in party with the alchemist on that point like before. Also yep this demo is bugged as hell, so many crashes. There is new quest in the second town with the water stuff but accepting it crashes game.

I do have one of each race in my team. I removed Liesel since she doesn't have any scenes, as well as Max... since why the fuck would you go around with him.
I have the MC as a fighter, a dwarf as a smith, a sylph as a thief, a human as a valkyrie, a gnome as a bishop, and an elf as a sorcerer.
I keep the MC, dwarf, and thief on the front line. The valkyrie is equipped with a Glaive, which has a medium reach (can attack from the back line), and then the bishop and sorcerer on the back for healing and AOE magic.

After downloading the 3.0.1 patch, I found that I couldn't even enter the story mode. Loading the 3.0.0 story mode save file didn't solve the problem of the temple door not opening.
As always, although I tried to fix it, the result was a more serious BUG and no basic testing was done.
I can wait for the 3.0.2 patch. According to the previous repair logic, if the problem cannot be solved after several repairs, the task of the North Star Temple may be skipped directly.

I'll probably keep Max in my party because he is supposed to be your bro and it adds a small (and easily manageable) risk to the ntr part.

Yeah, but I guess/hope in the full version there will be scenes for Liesel.
Also - hard crash in trial cave/the hell in horse scene.
302 trial version is out on the games website.

For the alchemist fat dude from previous demos, in free mode at least he had some quest where you have a level 10 thief girl to go on a quest with him. Didnt play more yet to see how it goes when she comes back.
You have to play from the story from the beginning, dont skip the prologe and do the polaris tower with the female protagonist.
After that go back to the (edit) beach town and do the dungeon quest. After that the female protagonist is gone and you get max back. That is the end of the demo.

I can't go to the first town because MC won't stops. I did Polaris already, where exactly shall I go and do what exactly "dungeon quest"?

The guy who gives the quest that looks like ward from leanne 2. The dungeon is the one between the main city with the sewers and the previous town (the one with the beach, this is the one where you get the quest)
The dungeon is the one to which you get after you jump down the cliff... it is different from previous demos.
