why are people twisting my words and acting like i want to remove the story and gameplay too see cg? i didnt ask for full gallery save.
i want to read and review the story, i want to explore the maps, i want to know the characters and ntr the protag at my own pace and enjoyment.

i DONT want to slog over staring at slow turn-based rpgmaker style combat for minutes that offers no visual appeal aside from seeing a frame of the female character's backs. wasting my precious free time over a hentai game's padded combat gameplay.
oh theres sex involved in losing in combat? wow good thing i can do nothing or just spam guard if i want to see it. everyone here shitting their panties i simply want the ability to skip turn-based combat with a click of a button if i feel like it. good for the "get gud"ers that are unemployed and have nothing but free time to farm and grind a pve hentai game. go get gud in a pvp game.

someone with a brain, thank you.
Play through the entire demo, reach level 15 with high level gear, and transfer your demo saves to the full game. You can import your demo saves and start the full game at level 15 with all your gear and gold. It's basically new game+ and you'll be steamrolling all the early content while still being overleveled throughout the game.

You don't need multiple hours of grinding to get through the game either.
I'm sure your time is super extra valuable too. You must only set aside 20 minutes for masturbation while the rest of us giga losers have all day to do so.

Also, I was already going to purchase the game because I'm not a poorfag. 2400 yen is chump change and I can't believe Makura is selling his game for that little.

Hey question. What are some games that play like this does? I know about Wizardry and Might and Magic, but what about others?
Sakura Dungeon - yuri, 18+, overall good game
The Spirit Master of Retarnia - 18+, questionable quality
Dungeon Travelers series - sfw, positive reviews, but I tried the first part, controls are bad, and dropped it when the maps became too large with one-way passable walls or a lot of moving up/down between two maps

I stick to what I said earlier. The guy is gonna take every last remaining hour of July to "polish" the game, before releasing it on the 31st. The 31st in Japan is the 30th around here... so tomorrow, maybe.
Anyway, like mystafa said!

Oh hey, it's the gooner's prayer at work!

I want to goon.
And if I can't, I want to complain about it.
And if I already have, I must tell others how they should goon.
And if they won't listen, they don't deserve to goon.

Never understood this with normal games.
If its a singleplayer game play however you enjoy it. IT is made for each individual to enjoy it themselves. Doesnt matter if some think you only really played it when you 100% everything or you only played it if you put in the highest dificulty and put extra handicaps on yourself. Or if you went easy mode or even cheat mode.
Its your own time so use it however you enjoy it.
This should be even more so for a game you usually only have 1 hand to play with.
Sorry mate doesnt matter to me how some enjoy the ghame. Most that play Goon-games do it with 1 hand and most braincapacity in their dick.
If some enjoy it by playing hardcore mode and whatnot good for them.
But dont tell others how they have to enjoy their own time and the game.
And yeah the game never was really hard to begin with.
But i do understand those that want to skip grind and are only in for the story and the goon. If they wanna skip the battle aspect. hey go for it.
Never will understand the "git gud" people in any singleplayer game

A lot of people completely missed the point. The guy just wanted to skip pointless mob fights so he could explore dungeons. Sometimes those fights are just annoying, especially if you’re under-leveled and wipe, then it’s back to your last save. If someone doesn’t give a fuck about grinding through trash mobs in a single-player game, why should they be forced to?

That’s why he was asking about cheats, to skip the boring shit and just enjoy the parts he cares about.

It’s a single-player game. Play however the fuck you want. Don’t waste time arguing over how someone else chooses to enjoy their game.

I’m done here, let’s keep the thread focused on the actual game, not pointless debates.

Most of the old SMT games do the first person dungeon diving stuff. The first three Persona games do too (Persona 1, Persona 2 IS and Persona 2 EP). The newest SMT game I know that still does the first person dungeon stuff is SMT Strange Journey Redux for the 3DS.

Since there is no mention of “submitting an application for review” in the blog post, it is possible that no application has been submitted.
I hope they will post something by the 31st.
I want to play it as soon as possible.

I stopped fapping a few days ago for this...
Dev said he'd release the game by the end of July, but it's the 30th and he's now silent, not even writing an update in his blog, bro is literally blueballing me.

Well it's all about target audience, it's the reason for example FPS games appeal to peoples that like FPS, they don't give you a 3rd person view option just because you prefer it, the game is marketed for them, not you.

Even though in this specific case, combat are not meant to be hard, they are meant to be LONG, for all that happens within.

If the dev didn't think of it, maybe someone could create a mod for a cheat item (like an OP sword) that would trivialise combats so some of us can still play through the game with the least amount of effort.

The sad part is that it'll likely still take a while for the translation to come out. This is one of those games that I wouldn't want to play with a rushed MTL and an untranslated UI. When its released end of July next year, we'll at least know that there is someone actively working on a TL.

As far as we know, he's just waiting for review. There's been no demo patch since the last communication and you'd expect one if he was still working on it given how much effort he's put into bugfixing it.

Making the game trivial should be relatively easy with a skill or item if you really want.
