Hello there, I'm trying to 100% exploration the game and I'm currently stump on the last 0.3%, is there any obscure explorable areas that I've missed like

if you do not explore thoroughly. I've completed Floor 15 of Ramira Tower at 100%, Gold Room in Labyrinth of Trails... any easy to forget spots like these ?

You are missing the same as me, so it is probably the 7th floor of the witch's lair + the underwater area below it. You need to speak to the witch once again to unlock this floor.
Furthermore: I have 100% completion but no trophy if this happens to you, I'd check the love hotel dungeon (I can't check it since I am playing free mode) also the hot springs specially the male area, and there is a cliff on top of the harpy area.

there are more events but you have to reach the last city beyond the desert, sleep and the event will be activated

Earlier I was reading a post. They are talking about an event where instead of marrige with the elf there is an NTR route? It had a yt link and I watched it but didnt understand the language. I am mostly asking because it seems very obscure and I don't want to realize that I missed it way after getting married.

Couldnt figure out how to quote lol, but the post is on p331 and has a video link.

as explained in the video, the elf has a normal route and an NTR route, but it seems that he had problems activating the NTR route when he has to walk to the hidden cabin

PS, after I got married, blue told me he was going to cheat on me with my wife, but the game got bugged or something happened, I am unable to sleep, the wife says she will sleep with blue because of the agreement to help, but when I try to sleep she says “I will not sleep with anyone but the captain” so, either it got bugged or the game got corrupted, lol

Is there a hammer that alchemists can equip? It seems like an oversight that you need to equip a hammer equipped to repair yet Alchemists can't equip hammers. Can't use the alchemist repair skill (it said to go to item and repair, but you need hammer). Since the alchemist was described as being able to repair in job description and has a skill called repair. Hammer and warhammer (early hammers) cannot be equipped by alchemist.

Just put a hammer in their inventory and it works the same

Here's my 100% save in #5 slot.
#145 on page 19 is before marriage, all girls are virgins, can marry anyone.
I played with CCmod, it wouldn't work without it, though

Here is an easy alternative.
Added in the monster drops table mens/women medicine , large jar for summons, the 3 medals and pheromone powder.

Food is needed to start gaining hearts but once you do , on the inn hold control and spam clicks on a portrait infinity times for hearts and lowering the girl's lust. (This may have been patched but try it anyways)
