So i gotta ask, does anyone have any build plan going in? Like your male/female team ratio or the set of builds you wish to reach endgame with? What about the MC what role are you giving him?
Still need to see if class changes are possible for main characters like Max which could change things up, but right now I am thinking of:
MC = Sorcerer or mage, I noticed during demo and making my Sylph a mage that nothing is worse than having your caster locked by monster grapple and not having access to sleep and AOE spells when fighting against the little imps. So making my MC the nuke house seems like a good choice. Graps against males do exist as we saw with succubus but its much more rare (so far at least it seems so).
Dwarf = Summoner, its a must have in party for catching all those monsters for collection and I just think she will look cutest in the caster gear over armor. No other reason really.
Gnome = pirate, just because I used her as a priest the whole dont remember how many hours I spend on the demo, so I want to swap her to some melee class just for something completely different.
Sylph = Thief, because you really need one in party. Max might return to party sooner than later but I belive there will be a lots of potential (forced) party member swapping in the final game so having two is not a bad idea in case one is gone.
Human = Lord, its the best class in the demo from what I have seen. Heals and tank.
Elf = Priest for the heals
I have been considering blacksmith too, the repair skill could end up either pointless or really important in the final game. But all planning and optimizing might go out of the window in the final game. Since Max is not the only male that will force himself into the party at times. There has been that one other guy at least in demos. So thats more than 2 girl left behind and the male taking some party role.
