Where's the executive in the love hotel's basement?
From what I can see there's only two floors where a couple of doors have the heart lock I believe you get the key to open later, and another couple of doors leading into the same room are blocked by rocks on the other side. The other rooms either had girls I rescued or mob encounters. I couldn't find anything noteworthy with Mind's Eye and interacted with all the barrels.

It's in the underground city. You need to have gotten the power bracelet via the ruins in the swamp to gain access to it. The underground city itself is on level 5 of the troll cave in the desert map west of brave town.

use the 秘めた力を解放 option in the item description window while having one of the equipment below equipped. Note that the equipment will break and disappear upon this action.

Good: A shield named 善の盾.
Neutral: An upper body armour named 中立の胸当て.
Evil: A shield named 悪魔の盾. The equipped character will be petrified along with the alignment change, so have a depetrify potion too.

the mirror is needed for a quest asked by a magic shop owner in the cave village giving this to him will get the magic boat spell

This is all scripted though, because as it's all but been 100% stated: Liselle isn't a pure-love Heroine option. The game wants you to focus on your custom party members.

You need the magic boat (I think the quest giver is the one who sells it though so this probably moot).

The mirror is held by the kraken in the 'ocean' out by the troll cave desert area if I remember rightly.
