Maria can eventually be interacted with in Sapphire City and appears in a couple of dungeons briefly. Riesel can supposedly be visited later in the game though I haven't reached that point (stuck in the pre-married section).

You need a magic boat then use it from the "coast" area at the brave frontier to traverse the sea. There will be 2 area northwest will be the volcano while southwest will be the area you want to go. There will be a signboard stating that there is a shop nearby.

Eat with the right food with her at the tavern. Elves salads and stuff, human maybe meat I dont really remember myself but you get the gist. Interact with her during the check in and sleep with her at the same room

If anyone is interested to know, it takes 30 days for a girl to give birth while at the ward.

Back to my main question, it would be nice if you could marry a girl that's been knocked up by another dude in this game. Would hit the Netorase spot well lol

I do like it that pregnancy state is in the game. Well, they get sent to the ward until they give birth, can't use them while pregnant, but still nice to have such a feature.

MC won't marry a girl used too much by other men, incl. pregnant.
If a girl has zero hearts for MC, she's lost.
