Nah the game generates 2 gold rings during the wedding ceremony that you then "exchange". That's likely the "need matching rings" thing people quoted that might have come from the game code.

I tried matching rings earlier.

There is a Ice dragon up north the ice village. Idk the exact location but just go farthest north and you''ll fight the dragon and get its heart. Once you got the heart get back to that location and use It to proceed further

What the other guy said is correct, you simply run up to it and use the Ice Dragon's heart.
