So this is for anyone that searches for pregnancy in this thread.
I did some research on some saves, and the game does have have quite the in-depth pregnancy mechanic. I did my research on a captive state, because it looks like an easier time to impregnate them. Also, it seemed to me after a certain amount of time, they got much easier to impregnate (At least while captive), I'm not sure how is tied together, maybe data miners will know. But maybe there's either a hidden "risky days" system, or after a certain amount of creampies accumulated at a certain interval they get impregnated.
Anyway, once impregnated, it takes them 30 days to give birth. And if impregnated while captive, they won't have sex at all on the last 10 days. My guess is the author is simulating abstinence on the last trimester or something.
For the first 20 days, they have pregnant bellies, dark nipples, bigger tits, and pubic hair, and they look like this:
On the last 10 days, their bellies grow more, boobs sag further and grow bigger, and they look like this:
Throughout the 30 day period, their 3-body-measurements (B/W/H) also grow every odd day, until they reach a max state. Once they give birth, the measurements go back to default since before they got pregnant.
Also, to show they've given birth before, their nipples stay dark, and retain the pubic hair. Like so:
Actual sex scenes don't become affected, still light nipples for example. So this mechanic is mostly displayed on the sex status menu. However, when challenging for their release when captive and when they're liberated, the standing pictures and what the characters say change whether they're on the first 2 trimesters, or the last one, so there's that at least. Also, if liberated while still pregnant, regardless of their timer while captive I think, you have to wait a full 30 days to use them again while they're on the "Waiting Room" giving birth.
Outside the captive system, I'm not sure if they can become knocked up at the Inn, maybe the chance is very small.
Anyway, as a fan of impregnation fetish, I appreciate the author's attention to detail on this. For most games that have pregnancy, it's just instant big belly, and no gradual depiction of a growing belly, so when a game does it on stages like this, it's welcomed in my book.
