Magic Stone of Topaz
You can enter the shrine entrance of the desert people, which can be reached from Desert North 47 East 2, using the sand crystal.
If you examine the light in the back, you will get the Magic Stone of Topaz.
Sand crystal
Use the gold key to open the door in North 4 East 5 of the ruins on the outskirts of Brave Town.
After pressing the switch in the back, use the B1F silver key to open the door and head to
B2F North 12 East 0 to get the "Sand Crystal" from the treasure chest.
It's annoying because there should be a placeholder message like "It's not open at the moment because of the pack of slimes causing trouble for competitors on the way" or something similar that would hint at the reasoning, but hey, why not just leave it on the last message of the previous event that has nothing to do with the game anymore, what can you do?
Well I got bored so I decided to expand my mod a bit. Took me longer to build the options menu than it did to do all the tweaks.

Is Sandra romanceable? I got 2 conversation events by staying in the same room....but then nothing.

Blue was supposed to come back to the group so I could get the last topaz shrine in the desert.
Just place the patch in the game folder, if you have a translation patch too, rename it patch2
Go back to the previous city (where Blue's lair is)

You mean the two doors with bar?
Go in the first indoor chamber, right as you enter the temple. (The one that has a 1x1 square in the middle of the water and you just walk across in a straight line using magic plank.
If you look underwater you will notice that there are underwater fences to the side.
You know what to do. (magic plank + jump)

So I got 10 stones right now, missing ones are from water temple that I accidentally skipped picking up and second is one I can only get after marriage. I tried sleeping at the main city, upon enter I got some short event about the girl I am about to marry but nothing more. I still have Blue in party. Are there some specific quests I must complete before the main story trigger, Blue leaves and then I can marry?

Was I supposed to sleep in this inn in the desert to continue the story? Because I haven't slept in this desert yet.
no, the door with lock in water dragon temple, it need the key but don't know where.
Btw, it took a while but manage to use warp magic, since found all the pedastal.
