I tried going to the spot from your picture. I used levitate and walked forward into the water and it carried me to the bridge at N:4 E12

I think that's the Goddess dress.
Also they can't go to an inn since if they can't go into the water they are stuck there. unless im forgetting about another way to get out of the Orc den

Gnome did not have a problem before i traveled with it a few times over the water
i used levitate scroll and now it seems that scroll won't run out and i cant jump in the water
also i fell in on N9 E4 while levitate was active so dunno what is happening for it to not let me go in the water

You! Can't! Go! Into! The! Water! On! That! Map!
Any place you can go in the water will say "Water (Diveable)" on the map AND you need to be wearing the appropriate gear! If your team is wearing what you have then of course they can't even dive in diveable water!

How did this get this many responses without anyone realizing this stupidity!?

Do you have any mods installed. Have you used cheat engine to teleport around?
You might be bugged and gotten stuck. do you have an earlier save you can load?

And they have definitely bugged something, levitate instantly turns off the moment you walk ONTO the stream at that point.

I teleported out (using cheat engine), attempted to use water stream it was still bugged, but i went back to the city and back to the water stream and now it works normally, so dunno might have been a code error or something else
I forgot that Cheat Engine is an option until mentioned
