Is there a way to increase monster encounter? I want to raise party level so bad and the only one I usually got is when they go to a corner or a room-like area

Not really. Best bet is to know which rooms trigger a fight (they never change) and then leave that floor/area and come back in. It's better doing that then random encounters as pre-determined encounters always drop a chest, while random encounters have a low chance of dropping an item or a chest.
Raising party level is usually only useful for the lv100 trophy or to get a lv10 thief for a Free Mode quest.
The most efficient way to strengthen your party is by knowing how to use item and getting good equipment.
For example, in the early way you can spam Tomahawk (use item midcombat and double click it). It kills a row of everything weaker than a harpy. Two Tomahawks kills harpies.
After the early game, you get good equipment very quickly. For weapons, focus on hit counts and give every frontliner 2 weapons (first weapon is a Main and the second weapon is a dual).
Baclline fighters usually can't double wield, the exception are Thieves and Assassins who can dual wield Boomerangs in the early game and Chakrams in the early game.
Assassins and Monks can fight barehanded and it counts as using double weapons, although to make the most with them, they need to have a weight under 5.
Magic is very weak in the early game and serves more as support than damage, like using Slience, Sleep or Blizzard on a big row. They usually hit harder doing physical attacks equipping a long staff like Holy Rod or Silence Rod.
Every wand except the wooden wand can be used as an item too.
Healing wand does line heal (Multi Heal)
Fire wand does line fire (Fire ring)
Ice wand dows line ice (Blizzard).
Thunder wand does single target lightning (Thunder).
Skull wand does single target death (cursed equipment).
Star wand does a powerful full aoe non elemental attack (Star Burst, the strongest Alchemist spell, only endgame monsters survive this). This is an endgame equipment, you can technically find it in the early game, but the hint comes from a lategame optional dungeon.
Using a weapon as an item a number of times breaks it and the repair price depends on the weapon tier so don't use the expensive ones against trash.
Alternatively, if you know you can wipe groups with ease while protecting your heroines properly. Try farming on the Monster Dungeon mod for easy, repeatable EXP.

That mod makes it so easy to kind of just quickly get to a specific set of monsters to wipe (I think it was the succubus group that gives the most exp.
This assumes you are happy you use mods to help you make the game more fun and easier. Hell, combine it with the CCmod for EXP multiplier while you're at it.

If that mod doesn't work with the monster dungeon mod, I've been using the composite DnB and CCmod that was combined ages ago.
The routine is something like this:
- Go to Sapphire City
- Click on the modded dungeon on the top left side of the map
- Go wipe each room that you can handle, or pick a particular room for efficient EXP gain.
- Exit the dungeon, heal and repair as needed.
- Repeat step 1 till you're done levelling up for exp.
You kind of have to work it out. I don't think there's a released table for it.
However, stick with 4 bytes, and you can work some of it out, for the most part, depending on your experience with working with a cheat engine.
For me, I was able to inconsistently:
- Change character stats
- Change character HP
- Change character lust amount
- Change total money
- Change the amount of action points during an inn episode

I think hell is a really good XP farm, as well as good money farm. Especially the path before each boss.

You can't. It's a major pain in the ass if you don't have Return and Warp spells.
Starting from midgame (around the time I got Magic Boat spell), I basically explored naked with only the weapons (Assassin and Monk bare naked) just to get extra space for the loot.

He's too naive to my liking. I would have preferred he just become a protagonist like Rance at that point. At least he knows when he needs to kill and when he can play. Not like he's a good role model but damn...
