The patch doesn't update the game itself, just the translation. I've done that multiple times and it never works as it told to me.

Put the latest patch from OP into the main dir of the game and it will be patched.
Does anyone know how to unlock the bars in Upper Cave lvl2? Not the one you need the fairy for in lvl 3. I've 100% all the other levels and haven't found a switch.

Have you installed any mods? If they're not up to date, they will 'downgrade' the game version.

what do you do after Blue kidnaps the main girl? do you just do random quests until you get the 12 stones? i already visited his hideout and i got the bridge piece, do i have to do random bar missions now or do i have to do something in specific to rescue her as soon as possible? i see she has "days remaining" if the days run out is she gone for good?

you need to go to blue's place when remaining days are at zero then the god of duel's rules for captives get lifted. She goes away per the story and doesn't return until the final dungeon. At least until the dev changes it but thats going to be a while.
In B1, go to North: 2 East: 15 (search/pit pitfall) and search there. You will fall and be in where you wanted to be based on your post.
How do I fix this?. Loaded a save and the game freezes - don't want to play the prologue sections again.
Actually, there's more to that. When you're in Brave Town, you want to:
- Blue Hideout (at the time of the first visit)
- Martina's Tavern (after 20 days remaining in the detention period)
- Blue hideout 2F (with 10 days left in the restraint period)
└After staying at the hotel, the main character said, "I'm still worried about Liessel ...!" If you speak, it can happen. - Thoughts of Liesel (Accommodation at any inn)
- End of captive period
└After the stay, the main character said, "Certainly, it's about time that the detention period of Liesel is over." At this point, a duel is possible. - Challenge the Blue team to a duel and win.

That's strange. The latest version of the CC Mod is 1.41, so it should at least push your game up to that patch. I'm not quite sure why your game is staying on version 1.37. I would try to redownload the appropriate version of the patch, translation and CC mod and try again. Perhaps you downloaded an older version by mistake.
I didn't. It was the updated version. Probably just a bug. Since I am almost finished with the game, I'll try and redownload everything for a new playthrough when I'm done.

・Fixed an issue where events that should have been seen would not appear in the recollection mode due to the game crashing.
Load a save file where you have already experienced that event and perform “Retrieve Record” at Sapphire Castle.
※This assumes the save data is in the state ‘after completing the event’.
Please note that it will not be reflected if you restarted midway or reverted to a state before completing the event.

・Fixed an issue where Blue could be dealt normal damage during the battle with Blue while on a date with Leisel
(This was likely caused by balance adjustments in ver1.34)
・Fixed an issue where the battle with Blue during a date with Leisel could become unresolvable if the protagonist died before Leisel
・Fixed the “Collect All Items” trophy being obtainable even when not all items were collected
・Fixed display issues occurring when using magic to identify or repair unidentified or damaged items held by party members in the Storage/Treasure Chest screen
・Fixed an error that occurred when identifying cursed items held by party members in the storage/treasure chest screen.
・Fixed an issue where actions taken while wearing the Armor of Immorality (Lower) might not be recorded.
(Note: Events still only occur once per day.)
・Increased the likelihood of becoming cursed when identifying cursed equipment, even after leveling up.
・Fixed several other minor bugs.
