Lwk tired of D&B fans on this site desperately waiting for updates that seem like they will never be released, I'm not blaming the devs for this, I understand developing shit takes effort and time. But our fellow Japanese players seems to have taken things into their own hand, and not many people seems to know about it.

there are several mods that adds features which players have been asking for ages, such as adding inn features to free mod, able to engage in erotic activities as long as Theo's relationship with characters reach a certain level (marriage is not required) and even to the point where guest characters like the slaves, summoned monsters and npc such as Maria, Sandra, and Miredy.

The password for all files on the site is: dbra
no caps just the 4 letters.

Some mods I recommend you have a try:

1. Free erotic mod
This mod basically implements all the erotic features I have stated above into free mode, it also pretty much neutralizes the chance of you being ntr'ed as you don't have to bring any other male characters. It also seems to have added menstrual cycle for the female characters, including guests and summons so impregnaction from Theo is possible. One thing thats really funny is that this mod adds a potion shop in Saphire city park that sells gimick potions. One of the potions shrinks the consumer's dick to 1cm which some people may find entertaining to take revenge on certain characters haha.

2. Do Whatever you want mod
Haven't played much of this mod, but from the description and my limited experience one of the thiing that catches my eye is the battle fuck feature. Bascially theo can deal damage to female enemies through a pin down feature, leading to a variety of sexual activities. Damage is calculated based on dick size and thus, and the female characters seems to be extra slutty and come over to Theo's room in the inn occasionally.

What I've covered isn't even a quarter of the actual contents some of these mods contain, each of the mods comes with a read me txt file that basically explains functions of the mod, its in japanese, google translate may be a little funky but it works most of the time. Unfortunately english patch does not work with like a majority of the mods as most of the mods are in 1.44 now, but I recall using mtool and it working fine. Lastly, I do wanna kinda complain a little cuz due to the games limited cg amount countless of modding opportunities are gone. Except for free erotic mod which reuses a few of the games cg the others are limited to word content only, which kinda makes the experience funky due to poor ai translations but I stil show full respect to those who have worked their ass off so us horny people can enjoy these mods XD.

I didn't make any of these mods, all respect goes to the Japanese creators. Lastly incase i have to delete this ya'all should go check out the modding forum for this game as a majority of things I've covered in this large ass block of text has been covered in that forum.

I haven't been able to get either of those recommended mods to work. I even took out all patch files except for the game patch and the translation patch and I keep getting an error before I get to the title screen. It's really unfortunate because after reading them, they all sound great.

I think you might be spot on. It might be designed to be played in Japanese. Try it without the translation patch.

I won't have any more time to test new things till my vacation comes along.

I've only got very basic knowledge for coding, but I believe this is due to the english patch switching some variable names from japanese to english in the game. For now just use mtool to translate, some of the images may require you to take a screenshot and translate via google translate, but all the text should be atleast understandable.

Reading over the mods, the two listed by rry0989 can NOT be used together (a damn shame that). You must choose which of the two you want, to sleep with all the girls in the inn or to BF in the field.

Another thing not talked about in the Free erotic mod, sometimes in the game inn rooms will be reserved. In this mod, who reserved those rooms will be made visible and it's usually various female NPCs. Including the guard captain.
Though, since there's no CG for them it's pretty much just text.

Oh and fair warning, don't have a certain Correction Needed Brat in your party before you complete going to Polaris temple for the first time. Learned the hard way that it'll soft-lock you in there after the Murmur battle. The door won't open but you also won't be able to leave the room. Lost quite the good run equipment wise to that....

Another neat addition I'm not sure if the dev did this or it came with the mod, but now if you hover over equipment it'll tell you if it offers stat boosts or demerits.
Quite a bit of early game weapons/armor are far better than I gave credit to and some I thought were good were actually not as good.
Case in point:
All daggers and some swords give +2 agility (speed), but the thieves dagger the one used to become an assassin gives +4 agility and +20 to thief skills. The bronze buckler gives +5 to agility and luck. Stripped bra gives +2 to strength and stripped panties gives +2 to agility. Both blue and pink bikini top/bottom gives +2 agility each (disappointing really, Witch Bikini should instead gives +Intelligence and/or Luck). Witch's skirt gives +6 to intelligence. The rod with the green orb which I slept on just selling it for gold, gives +2 Int.

Now on the bad side, whips and frails both give -2 agility. All robes give -1 agility. Leather bikini does nothing....just light armor that gives decent AC (4 weight for 8 AC) and some nice eye candy.

Because of this, I've been totally rethinking how I equip my part (early game, later on your stats are high enough that it no longer matters). Giving my casters robes only until I can buy bikini top and find them a skirt, finding them the rod with the green orb and dual wield it with a light dagger for the +2 agility (Good Dagger works great for this, you can just buy one in Sapphire city and they are easy to come by from chests). My priest/bishop I use the robe until I can have a solid gear set they can use. Lord/Fighter gear hasn't really changed. And I'm now pumping my thief with so much agility it's crazy.

I do have dislike though. Between the two mods, Free Ero seems to use the original damage scaling thus attacks are fairly weak while the "Do whatever you want" has given a similar damage boost much like the CC mod. Plus it seems they have tweaked the drop rate and appearance of stuff. So from a combat persective "Do whatever you want" mod seems to be the better of the two. I personally recommend beating the game with DWYW mod first and use the Free Ero mod on a new game +

But it all made for japanese version and there is still no any localization system and the each mod need to be manually localized and using only with the specific version of the game.


For the ero free mode mod, the mod is not using mod loader and changing a lot of the game files. Japanese version is made for original japanese game and will not work with english. But we can get only changes with git and then translate it then reintegrate over english patch or any other mods. Ofcourse the all patches must be for the same game version.

Thanks for taking the time to review it and what is required for it to work, and the complex issues and problems that need to be solved to be utilised if it needs to be done to get it working in English.

It just sounds like a lot of extra work to make it happen, and I don't know if there is a way to automate it from this point onward without running into problems on every patch update.
