Its seems like ive exhausted all my female Party member dialogs currently....any idea on continuing the Female party member relationship before getting cucked by Blue?

You need to get married to one of the female party members of your choosing to progress and then collect the rest of the stones (Getting cucked is avoidable as long as you avoid sleeping in Dustwell Town that triggers his second return [Recommended you don't go to Dustwell if your Sleepiness is almost 50])
Edit: I also forgot; you NEED Blue to be in the party before heading back to the Temple once you collected all the applicable Magic Stones. So sleep in Dustwell ONLY once you're ready to head to the Temple to progress further.

Does buying Dryad Elixir for Human,Going out on a date with Elf and stopping Gnome from getting raped by Bandits counts as exhausting their dialogues???currently i have no interest with Slyph so i shipped her with Max

Finding the said Elixir potion for the Human is a relationship progression plot for her. However, bare it mind that this isn't what preserves her virginity. Possessing the Magic Eye skill prior to her point of disappearance will be essential to her relationship story if you want to keep her virginity.
Going on a date with the Elf has a secondary instance where it results with her kidnapping. If it's your first time, it's a relationship progression. If she disappears, that's the timed flag where you must reach her depending on what path you take to reach a certain place. (This requires the Ladder to preserve her virginity and stop the cucking)
Killing the bandits in the Gnome cave entrance is the flag required to preserve the Gnome's virginity. It does not exhaust their dialogue in a relationship but simply you will need it if you want the Gnome to reveal and stay virgin, to get truthful that she was not NTR'd beforehand.
Otherwise, you simply further your intimacy with the said party members until your proposal to them after they reach the point which is after being saved from their NTR instance (Or being honest and opening up in the Gnome's case).
Anyone know how to fix the FE mod , it just crash on the start , game version is 1.44 and both mod version 45.6 and 45.7 crash

The same as normal. If it helps, the exhibitionism is actually a non integer variable and it increases a small amount on every step when the character is undressed enough. The stat you see on the menu is actually the truncated value.

I don't think there's any stores that actively sell Monk weapons. Majority of the times you easily get Bo staffs, nun-chucks and tonfas from drops.
HOWEVER... I recommend the following;
Believe me if I say that fists are the their best weapons. Simply go unarmed with Monk/Assassin. Monk and Assassin are the exhibitionist classes (in terms of vanilla) to really bring out their best potential. Go unarmed and have 5 weight or less and you have a speedy fist maniac that hits hard just purely from number of hits.
There's a few specific gears that promote exhibition while at low weight for this case. Don't worry about Defense, both classes get bonus defense for low weight as well.

(ccmod) work with "The Multi-Marriage / Polygamy Mod" and "large team mod" or not?If you put it in the game folder as it is. No.
If you follow and know how to git merge CCmod and Large Team Mod. It will generally work... if you know how to make sure it merges right.
The multi-marriage has trouble merging with CCmod and Large team mod due to the lack of update to keep up with the new changes in the patches to date. It will just revert back to the period when that mod was last updated.

If you just use the mods that that Xtremax already did for you, then you can use all of his mod in that post. It just won't be up to date to the latest patch version.
