I don't want to start a big argument about TimePants here. There's enough of that on the thread for that game. But I WILL say... I've been hurt before.
But if an update actually drops, I wouldn't complain.

List updated with Influencing and The Inn. Didn't add Once Again or Max's life just because, as of yet, no male on futa stuff. (yes, I know there's at least one game on there that doesn't have it yet either, I'm just lazy and biased towards it, lol)
Influencing turned out to be really surprising. Hoping the dev can get the jankier bits cleaned up and the AI stuff a little more seamless so folks like me who are pretty ignorant about setting up a local chatbot can make use of it. I wasn't expecting the NPC creation to be as extensive or nearly limitless as it was.
EDIT: I know AI Horde is in there, but that really only works half the time at best.

Just FWIW, there is at least one, and I think two scenes in Max with male on futa. However, I totally get that its a microscopic part of the whole series, and you have to play until the 4th or 5th game to get to it.

wow, Starla is great. Ditto on the crossdresser though, and it looks like there's going to be a lot of content with that character too.
Tried homelander honestly really good all around story and everything, tho bit of a cliffhanger where it ends but can't wait for updates

a couple things to talk about on the list:
- One of "It's Just a Game"'s recent updates had a heavy focus on trans girls, including a trans threesome
-Frozen Past finally had a male on trans scene the last time I played, though that was damn near the end of the sandbox
- Lunar Chosen 2 is coming out
- Not sure how far you got into Honey Kingdom but one of the main girls (Kate) is less femboy
- I don't know if it's just an android thing but the sandbox in Star Mars is abysmal and the worst I've ever seen
Theres also a couple I'm not seeing in here. Unfortunately I am God awful with names
- One where the mc is a wrestling futa, and there's like 2 scenes where she gets dicked down by a dude. No animations I think but still hot
- One that's HS2 and very kind of horror based, a weird style with a strange name. Started with an I. lots of trans scenes in it
- Baddies Inc. has one scene with a trans girl. it's pretty short though, and kinda far in
- Move the Chains has a trans girl in the first release

I'll have to check out It's Just a Game and Baddies. Neither popped up on my radar before. And good callout about Frozen past, I forgot to update that. Although, honestly, the updates have been pretty anemic overall for that game, which is a shame. And unless Lunar's Chosen 2 is different from episode 2, it should be on the same page as the first one.
- Star Mars is frustrating in a LOT of ways, sandbox including. idk, it might even be abandoned now.
- The wrestling one sounds interesting, and if you ever recall the names, feel free to drop em here.

So apparently Family Affair is now abandoned.
The dev wants to make a new game called "Shemale World" with only Futa/trans LI. Given where Family affair was going recently I expected it to be bottom only, but alas
